Where is this city located? Is it not Greyhawk? I happened across a stray map of this city in my gaming files and for the life of me, I can't find where it is located.

Hard to imagine I'd have a non-Greyhawk related map in my files...

Ok, I've confirmed it's Greyhawk related. Underdark perhaps?

The Vault of the Drow is located beneath the Hellfurnaces--hex N5/138 on the Darlene map.

Erelhei-Cinlu was described recently in several articles in 2002.
See Frederick Weining, The Vault of the Drow, Dragon 298, (August 2002); Frederick Weining, Playing Pieces: Denizens of Darkness, Dragon 300 (October 2002); and Russell Bird, Erelhei-Cinlu: Drow City of Pleasure, Oerth Journal XIV (April 2002).

Much fun that!

There's also an article on Canonfire listing various known drow vaults in the Flanaess, including Erelhei-Cinlu. (It's called, not surprisingly, "A Listing of Drow Vaults in the Flanaess.")

The six vaults listed there are Erelhei-Cinlu (Hellfurnaces), Erelhei-Tabbanta (Sulhauts), Erelhei-Kinestan (Drachensgrabs), Erelhei-Roban (Hestmark Highlands), Erelhei-Gwynne (Corusk Mtns.), and Erelhei-Sikhen (Bluff Hills). I know that Erelhei-Cinlu is well-established in Greyhawk canon, but are the other five "official," or are they original to this article?

I think the other 5 are non-canon.
