Not yet. Still working on it, but it is a big project because of the amount of information and the level of detail I'd like to include in a comprehensive index. COB itself contains a good general index already but I like to include the smallest details and categorize the information.
I've set aside some time and in the next few weeks will be catching up on several projects. For Greyhawk the NPC Encyclopedia and work on the City of Greyhawk.
