Hi,

I am the proud owner of a Dragonlance campaign setting book but what I need to know is do we need Age of Mortals as well to run the upcoming Keys of Destiny adventure ?

I don't believe that Age of Mortals is absolutely necessary.

However, there are some definite tie-ins between the adventure and Age of Mortals, so it may shed further light.

Not to mention...the Age of Mortals book is extremely important (imho) to anyone who wants to play in the 5th Age post-War of Souls.

I mean don't get me wrong I saw the book and think that it is a masterpiece!

It is just that money is pretty tight right now and I really want the Keys of Destiny adventure, However I will not be able to buy it if I have to get Age of Mortals as well.

To play and enjoy Key of Destiny, all you need is the three D&D 3.5 core rulebooks and the Dragonlance Campaign Setting. Your play might be enhanced by using Age of Mortals as a supplement, but you can do just fine without it!
