The question you're asking is about Terrors of the Dead Lands, a product that already exist.
Perhaps what you meant was Secrets of the Dead Lands?

I can't speak for flip but someone at one point did say that Lewis' Dead Lands net project was his and his alone. The info within is fan material, not based on the Secrets of the Dead Lands accessory that TSR never released.

Oh yes it was. It was based on things he surely knew about the Secrets of the Deadlands. There are things in is creation that return to things written in SotDL.

Btw, I have made a better version of "The Deadlands of Athas ". I converted it in PDF and made small editing to the presentation, not to is writing.
