Feb 11, 2004 14:12:27 Does anyone have this book yet ? Is it a good buy ? From what I have seen it is supposed to be the MM for Dragonlance or am I wrong ?

It's slated for a March '04 release.

From the Dragonlance Dungeon Master's Screen we know the following monsters will be in it:

Gurik Cha'ahl
Sligs
Jarak-Sinn
Forestmaster
Ghagglers
Child of the Sea
Amphi Dragon
Proto-creature
Divine Messenger

All kinds of crunchy goodness!

You bet.

By the way, remember that nothing's final until it's in print. The list of monsters mentioned in the DM's Screen does give you a good indication of what's in the book.

Will there be any Chaos creatures in the Bestiary?

Chaos = Frost Wights, Shadow Wights, Daemon Warriors, Chaos Dragons, etc.

I'm not an employee of Sovereign Press, so you'd have to ask Jamie about that. More information will no doubt surface closer to the date of publication. Sorry I can't be more help!

Is it called Bestiary of Krynn and not "Ansalon" because we'll see Taladas creatures as well?

Guril Cha'ahl first showed up as Taladas critters, so I'd say yes.
