I have been lucky finding some in used book stores, though. You can also check Noble Knight Games. Aaron might have some there. http://www.nobleknight.com/ -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- [Post 3] Author : diaglo Date : 08-28-03 03:17 PM basically auction sites or OoP sites are your only options. hitpointe.com crazyegors.com half.com and many, many more... -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- [Post 4] Author : Shoegaze99 Date : 08-28-03 03:44 PM Don't forget your friendly neighborhood paperback store, folks. Most larger (and many smaller) towns have them, but few people notice because they're jammed into small, low-rent locations. These places are hidden gems. Of the several I frequent, one has a whole shelf of the Endless Quest books. Brought back a lot of memories, as they had almost every title I remembered - and for a mere $1.25 a pop! Seek out your local paperback shop if you're unwilling to deal with eBay. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- [Post 5] Author : spray paint affiliate Date : 08-30-03 05:11 AM this thread brings back some memories. With "Endless Quest," readers ages 8 to 12 become heroes in their own fantasy quest. Book 1, Claw of the Dragon (January 2008), and Book 2, Search for the Pegasus (July 2008), are the first new installments in this series that enables the reader to take charge of the plot by choosing which action to take at critical points in the story. A new generation of readers will find that the dragons, wizards, and imaginary worlds are just as exciting as they were in the "Endless Quest" books their parents may have read, but the new series has a modern sensibility. It's "literature that by its nature holds a reader by the throat and doesn't let go," according to English Journal, a publication of the National Council of Teachers of English. "Children who love to read are intrigued by 'Endless Quest.' We also expect the books to appeal to kids who like video games," notes Mirrorstone Senior Editor Nina Hess. "The text mimics the gaming environment by allowing the reader to control the action." Teaching and discussion guides for "Endless Quest" are available at http://www.Mirrorstonebooks.com. I wonder if all of the books will just be re-released - with new binding, etc, - or if they will produce new ones. Kind of updated for the new dnd style. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- [Post 8] Author : Luis_Carlos Date : 01-07-08 04:22 PM Thread Title : Re: Are there still Endless Quest Books? The old stories with new pictures. The number one will be the claw of Dragon (8 January 2008 in your bookshops, and the second one the search of pegasus (unknow date yet, I´m afraid). I have created a new thread in D&D general. http://paizo.com/image/product/catalog/WOC/WOC2152374_500.jpeg -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Downloaded from Wizards Community (http://forums.gleemax.com) at 05-10-08 08:22 AM.
