Look what I ran across in the GreyTalk archives for you.

A list of Greyhawk liches )

Acererak (Demi Lich) AoF,61 Dr25,53 S1-4,6,20
Asberdies (Lich) D1 GDQ1-7,58
Dahlvier (Lich) WGR5,37,91
Drokkas (Lich) WGR3,28
Haas'Baalbar (Lich) CoG:AdvCard10
Halmadar the Cruel (Quasi-Lich) WGA4,82
Lerrek (Lich) WGR5,31,93 OJ2
Lizandred (Demi Lich) FtA:cb,38
Rexifer, Maison Garasteth (Lich) Ivid
Samanda (Lich-Queen) SJR6,42
Seragrimm (Lich) TradingCard91,77
Xaene the accursed (Lich) WG8,81 Ivid GHB6 Dr59,24

I thought it odd Lizandred (Lyzandred the Mad) is a demi-lich. SKR was a naughty boy deviating from Sargent's Greyhawk bible!

Wow! Great work, Abysslin. Between you and grodog skimming the archives and indices, I should be able to pull together quite the necromantic legacy.

Of course, I may need to adjust for time, maybe, because my campaign will start in 576 CY.

I too find Lizandred's demi-lich status, odd. I don't remember the demi-lich stats too well from 1st edition (I don't think I ever saw them in 2nd edition), but is it possible he could have acquired a new body when someone killed his old one and he ended up in his phylactery?

What are these products? I couldn't find them in the Zavoda index. I'm guessing SJR6 is a spelljammer product.

I believe you are right about SJR 6. My guess is that AoF = Atlas of the Flanaess (from the "From the Ashes" boxed set), Dr = Dragon Magazine (?), and S1-4 = the 1st ed Realms of Horror compilation module, which reprinted the S-series classics, including the orginal Tomb of Horror.

Thanks, TwiceBorn. I looked in my Atlas of the Flanaess and sure enough there Acererek appears on page 61. And for anyone interested who doesn't know, not surprisingly, SJR6 is the Greyspace sourcebook for the Spelljammer setting.
