I hate to tease, but this topic is going to be covered in the upcoming TOWERS OF HIGH SORCERY book, due out in June from Sovereign Press. It will be covered in even more detail in Douglas Niles' upcoming novel.

Okay, I lied. I do like to tease.

I believe Dalamar is the head. Sorcerers are essentially renegades IIRC, disliked by the Conclave as they are undisciplined.

It is supposed to be out at Origins. I am looking forward to getting a copy, though I won't be able to make it to Origins.

*shakes his fist like a cliched bond villian*

Curse you Chambers! I was planning on skipping origin's and waiting for GenCon. Now I must go to Origins.

Curses, foiled again!

*clicks out of bond villian mode*

Well looks like I now have to make plans for Origins.

As everyone knows, our schedule has slid a bit, but we're completely confident and on-track for the release of Towers of High Sorcery at Origins. It's my personal opinion that this is our coolest book yet, and should appeal to both novel-readers and hard-core gamers.

My wife is going to like this one especially since she has just became interested in the Dragonlance novels(She started reading them to prepare for my Dragonlance v3.5 campaign.). Right now she is reading Time of the Twins. :D

It's probably time I update my listing again.

So KoD and Bestiary in March now, ToHS in June, hopefully the WotL book still in August.

I expect that Dalamar will return into Nuitari's fold. He has always (in the 4th age) been a "follower" of nuitari's ways, not even Takhisis could change that.

Since Palin has withdrawn him self from magic (not politics) he will probably not be the next head of the conclave, so that leaves only Dalamar.
by the way, is jenna still alive?

The uncertain point (yes there is always one) is that the gods of magic has closed the nightlund tower, so perhaps they are scearching for a new master.

But Dalamar would probably be the first head of the conclave in the 5th age.

Yes Jenna is alive. She and Dalamar are going around Ansalon trying to make contact with all of the WoHS that are still alive in the 5th age. Since Palin asked not get his magic back they are also looking for a new head for the White Robes.

Dalamar is only forbidden to enter the Tower at Nightlund till he reestablishes the orders. When he does that the gods of Magic will allow him to return to the tower.
