Do Knights of the Sword carry their cleric domains upon advancement in divine levels? Do new domain spells come to them as their caster level improves? Thx.

Yes. Domain spells are a part of their spellcasting. Domain powers, however, aren't, thus they don't improved with the caster level increases.

Im not sure about the caster level thing....from what it said in the DMG PrCs that increase the spells per day of a base class also count for caster level too

It depends on the domain power in question. Certain domain powers would continue to improve when Sword Knight levels are added, others would not.

e.g.

The Good domain's granted power of casting good spells at +1 caster level would increase, simply because your caster level increases with your Sword Knight levels.

The Strength domain's granted power would not, as the power specifically refers to Cleric class level. It is specifically stated in the official D&D faq.

OK, thanks guys. To sum things up, I'd like to use the example below:

7 Cleric (Keri-Jolith)
1 Crown
2 Sword Knight

This is at 10th level character and a 9th level caster. Let's say the domains are Strength and War. The following things are true of this character:

1. Feat of Strength - only up to 7th level since PHB states number of Cleric Levels.

2. Can cast the 5th level spell Flame Strike as an additional spell per day since it is in the War Domain. Domains carry with advancement.

3. Spiritual Weapon cast from the War Domain will last 1 round/level (d). This means divine levels. The spell will last 9 rounds total.

4. The above character will turn undead as a 7th level cleric.

Um, yeah. I know. What I meant was that domain powers mostly increase with cleric levels, not caster levels.

1. True.

2. True.

3. True.

4. False. A 2nd level Sword Knight turns undead as a Cleric of 1 level lower. This stacks with any existing Cleric turning ability. So, the example character would actually turn undead as a level 8 Cleric.
