I just wanted to say a job well done on Issue #3!

Oh...and BRAVO on making Gwyneth human, yet exotic (whoa, mama cita!) Beautifully done again! And Magius...suh-weet! And in probably the funniest moment so far...that is an excellent picture of Kaz talking to Huma after he wakes up and inquires if that is Kaz standing over him, to which Kaz replies, "A good guess." The look on his face is priceless. That whole scene is hillarious. I didn't remember LoH being so funny. Congrats to everyone!

Oh, and DH...very cool seeing your name on the cover. :D

The only gripe I had was...please tell me this will be the only time you change artists in the middle of an issue. Don't get me wrong, all the art is good, and the first at last artists had pretty much the same style...but the middle one was too different from the other two. It was pretty jarring while reading it.

Anyway...aside from that, excellent read as always! I look forward to Issue #4.

i agree. the art style was the most disconcerting part of the whole book. i've been trying to figure out for the past few days what it was that i didnt like about it, so thanks brim =)

the writing was a bit texty, but flowed really well. I'm proud of ya, trampas =)

good job, over all.

Tal, Brim - Thank you so much guys. That means a lot coming from you two.

The art was done that way to try to catch up after getting behind. I'm not sure, but I think it may be that way for issue #4 as well.

I was very pleased with Gwyneth. When I first saw her, I thought she looked perfect. I swear, you can look at her and just fall in love all over again. Imagine being Huma, and waking up to see that visage of beauty.

That scene with Kaz is just hilarious. The artist captured the feeling well. Kaz has a few humorous times throughout the book, yet he's also a very serious character.

Brim - When I first saw that picture of Magius, I was in heaven. The light was amazing.

Dreams do come true, my friends. I'm really enjoying the book, and I hope you guys are having fun as well.

I'm not.

But that's just because I don't know where to get those comics in Finland and thus haven't had a chance to read them yet.

I don't suppose they're purchaseable on either Devil's Due or Dabel Brother's websites are they? (I know Dream Wave has a store...but I wasn't sure about the others)

No prob.

See...I didn't dislike that middle 4 pages (roughly)...it's just the style was so different. For two and a half issues it's been really gritty and grungy, then that section is kinda soft and filtered (which maybe was intentional anyway). Kinda reminded me of the way Hedge Knight looks.

When I first saw Issue #1, I wans't sure what I thought about the style (gritty/grungy). Apparently, I'd grown to like/expect that style a lot more than I thought. It's just so different than the GI Joe: Reloaded and Transformers:G1/WW/MTMTE ones I've started getting (style wise). I like that.

I'm afraid I have to agree with the previously mentioned art criticism. The artwork is fantastic, but the different style of the various artists is quite apparent. Each artist and style is by no means superior to the other - just different. But the problem is, while I did enjoy each artists' contribution, I dislike having different artists and differing styles througout a comic. As said, it's a little jarring.

I hate being negative, especially since this was otherwise an excellent issue, but I feel it is a necessary criticism.

I must say, I would MUCH rather wait a few weeks more for an issue than get an issue earlier with different styles, but perhaps that's just me. An excellent job overall, though.
