Can anyone speak to the relations that the free Kagonesti of Southern Ergoth (in the 5th Age) have with the Qualinesti and Silvanesti that have settled in the area? The Silvanesti have taken to enslaving the Kagonesti there - I was wondering if that had brought out any tension or hostilities in the region.

Are there wars similar to the Native American tribes of North America?

Thanks.

Hmm. I'd imagine there are brush-fire style conflicts similar to the Indian wars of 19th century America, i.e. mainly small scale raids.

I don't think it has grown that serious yet, considering almost all of the elves went back to their respective homes after the war of the lance.
Only few stayed behind, and only few refugees came in the war of souls, the vast majority followed their leaders to "new" homelands.
So I see it more as a coming conflict, the silvanesti and qualanesti enclaves are relativly small, so it is not a war yet, but there are tensions yes...

Of course disputes of land could lead to psychical conflict, but organized raids and landgrapping like in the indian, I don't think so.
