Looks like there's some interesting stuff in the book (excerpt here.

A divine character is any character for whom worship of a greater power -- often a deity but sometimes a more abstract force or philosophy -- is an important part of daily life. (italics mine)

Hmmm...I may pick up Complete Divine (after skipping over C. Warrior).

Me likey Entropomancers. Also, I like the name 'Oracle' for the 'Divination' domain.

FACTION WAR SPOILER:

And in the long term too, in the Doomguard are any indication.

Except that there is not much left of the Doomguard after Faction War (and Die Vecna Die if consider that PS). If the factions were to return to the Cage then I would not expect the Doomguard to be present.

Rebuilding the Faction appears to go against everything that they believe in. Faction War was a natural part of Entropy and to reverse some of that goes against what the Sinkers believe in.

Well I rather like the direction that both the 'Guide to the Inner Planes' and the material on Planewalker went with the Doomguard splinter sects following Faction War. Not all of them can be considered to believe that all entropy is a good thing. Inevitable in the end, yes, but at least one of the sects (Dust I believe) feels that its all happening too quickly to be natural and they seek to slow down multiversal decay, acting as shepards and guides to the inevitable end of all things.
