Sorry to ask, but I'm still a little new here. Are there plans to update Athas.Org to include info from the XPH?

I haven't had a chance to look through all of the info from the website, but I guess it looks good. I'm currently more interested in getting setting information.

Also, another question. I downloaded a copy of . . . Defilers & Perservers I think it is, and it describes the process to become a Dragon/Avingon requires the character to be 20th level wizard and a 20th level Psion . . . please tell me that that is a 2nd Ed mechanic that my 3rd Ed mind can't comprehend completely. and, if you would need to be effectively a 40th's level character to begin the advanced being progression, does that mean that inthe 3E conversion I wouldn't get to start taking levels of Avingon until character level 41?

In a word: Yes.

I have my own version of rules that are more 3/3.5e-style, for the development of Advanced beings. I heavily discuss this through dozens of threads on this forum alone, explaining (justifying?) my changes to the Advanced Being process, in great detail. I have a zipfile of MS Word Documents that Pennarin had made of my website while it was up, which has all of the current rules for Dragons & Avangions I had done (and there are people who are for and against them, as it is possible for a wizard/psion to start as early as level 27, but there are 30 levels (in 3 10-level prestige classes), 4 epic spells, and 4 templates that are applied to the character undergoing the process, as well as I open it up to any race, and permit combinations like wizard/psion, wizard/wilder and wizard/psychic warrior, as well as any PrC that can be taken to reach the same end requirements. sorcerers are also possible if you include them into your Dark Sun campaigns) do a search for "Advanced Beings", "Dragons", "Avangions", "Dragons/Avangions", "Dragon-Kings", or "Xlorep DarkHelm's Advanced Beings", or any other variation on this forum, or even better, look on the first through second pages here and you'll probably find at least one (if not five or more) threads on the subject. { message edited to remove inflamatory snide comment. } "DarkHelm sprinkles flowers and rainbows everywhere."

What is it, xlorep ??? Getting old, grandpa? Oh, sorry, I'll repeat my question (your hearing is probably getting worse and worse). Where is the good ol' "inflamatory snide comment" Darkhelm?

I'm trying to turn over a new leaf, and actually remember to be nice from time to time. It's not easy.
