May 20, 2004 0:28:44 Yea, I saw that on Monday. Darrin Drader is really going out for this Cult of Tharizdun business. I think it is pretty exciting.

I thought the most interesting part of the above article is that Drader specifically notes that Tharizdun's " ... connection to his followers is not as strong as that of most other gods." That was a point made in a former post regarding the Sleeping God's alignment.

Also, the idea of a sacred objects and their proximity for his clerics to tap into his power is another interesting concept. I think it adds some credibility to the idea of Tharizdun's forced detachment from the rest of the multiverse.

Cool stuff. I am sure we will see more.

May 24, 2004 8:33:34 Just a quick thank-you for posting when these things show up. I don't get to the general WoTC areas very much (usually sticking to the Greyhawk board here) so its a great help when Greyhawk stuff is actually posted here.
