Nosferatu PC Progression

I posted this question on the Savage Species board, but no one has answered me, so I thought I'd try the RL board. I have a PC who wants to slowly progress into a Nosferatu and, as I am running a very Dracula-ish campaign arc right now, I think it would be appropriate for her to begin changing (like Lucy and later, Mina did.)

I've found the Vampire savage progression template on the Wizards site...has anyone seen or come up with a progression for the Nosferatu variant? (I vastly prefer the Nosferatu to the standard vampire.)
