I know this subject might be getting a little old, and I remember reading at one point what the modified pantheon is like in terms of the Khurs' take on the gods, but I can't find it.

That having been said, can anyone provide a quick 'down and dirty' list of the gods according to the Khurs and the equivalent 'popular' gods in the rest of Ansalon (ie Paladine, Takhisis, Gilean, Zivilyn, Chislev, Morgion, etc)?
Thanks

This is one of the things that's probably going to get covered in any errata that Sovereign Press releases for the Key of Destiny. In the meantime, I think there was a summary of the gods posted in the last week or two on another thread. A search should pull it up - drop in "Khur" and "gods" and you'll find it!

Cheers,

ok, that worked. Thanks Cam.

Now one question remains. In the temple in Pashin, it says the priest there is a follower of Zivilyn, but Zivilyn isn't one of the recognized Khur gods.

Is Zivilyn an exception to the rule, or is there a different named god in the Khur pantheon that takes on the role of Zivilyn? The reason I ask is this might be interesting to see how things pan out. One of my characters is a cleric of Zivilyn, with the intentions of spreading the teachings of the gods. Running into a comrade of the cloth could make for an interesting encounter, especially if their interpretations of the same god are different.

Pashin (and even Ak-Khurman or Khuri-Khan) is more "civilized" than the rest of Khur. There's a difference between the tribal religion practiced by the nomads, such as the Mikku the heroes run into, and the religious activity in the cities and towns. The priest in the temple of Pashin isn't a Khurish nomad, he's a priest in a town occupied by dark knights, brigands and ne'er-do-wells. Ak-Khurman's a fairly cosmopolitan city with a huge elven refugee population, so the chances of it being limited to the Khurish pantheon are unlikely.

Hurim's another case - as an ancient, pre-Cataclysm (and pre-Keja) pilgrimage site, a temple honoring all of the gods, it doesn't adhere to the Khurish pantheon. When I ran the heroes through that part of the adventure and had half of them sent back in time by Chemosh to unwittingly free his timelost servant, they noticed how peculiar and almost Byzantine the place was, like seeing somebody you know dressed in very antiquated clothing. That's the kind of feel Hurim should give off underneath the rubble and ruins.

Cheers,
Cam
