Quick question, is Chaos still out there somewhere? What happened to the Greygem of Gargath, since he decided to leave Krynn alone as long as the gods stayed away, which seems was a lie. Is he still out there looking for his children?

If he´s stil out there he must on the verge of exploding with rage, being "betrayed" by the gods and all...I wouldn´t wanna be the daemon warrior handing him the wrong cup of coffee!

Personally I´m assuming he´s gone...where I don´t know...but the reason is that if he were still around he would want to get even with the gods, which would mean even more disastrous events god-style...and I think Krynn has had its share of cataclysmic events...don´t you?

So in my campaigns I focus on the "local" events: the minotaur invasion of Silvanesti, the elven refugees, the remaining overlords, knighthood vs. knighthood and so on and so forth...

Im not entirely sure that there is an answer to that question....I remember the end of DoSF and it showed a fate for the graygem, but as the ending to that particular novel has been shown to be a vision given by Takhisis....it may not be entirely true, or true at all.

Well...I think one of two things. Either: a) he's still trapped in the Greygem in the original Krynnspace, or b) he's off licking his wounds...he's not stupid enough to come back...he got whooped last time (well...okay, he was defeated at any rate). ;)

Chaos forces are still around, and even thrive in some places (Enstar and Nostar), but as for Chaos himself that's one of those loose plot-ends. Maybe the authors are planning something for Chaos, or since there was never any "deals" between Chaos and the gods he was destroyed by the gods at the end of the Chaos War when Tas wounded him.

Mucking with time and story sure does create a paradox doesnt it. Will this matter ever be settled? Can any of our resident DL experts help us out on this one?>

Personally I would love to see this particular thing happen, mayhaps with an underground cult of Chaos Worshippers......more on this as my thoughts coalesce

Isn´t there an article on cults and such mentioning a cult of Chaos-worshipers in one of the Tobril issues? Or should I just shut up and wiggle my toes or something? ;)

I havent heard of that but that doesnt mean that they are not out there. It would be neat to see what would develop from this.
