A 3.5 version of the psionocus is in Terrors of Athas - see the link in my sig . A revised version of the release, updated to include rules from the Expanded Psionics Handbook will be out soon.

thanks for the info. I'll check it out when I have a moment. I have a question concerning Athas, maybe you can help me- my FR DM told me that Athas is mentioned in the 3E Maunual of the Planes, and he said that Athas is actually a Demiplane? Is this true? If so, then its like Ravenloft, right, with its own laws of physics and reality? I guess that would explain why Athas was inaccessible to Spelljamming vessels.

Your DM wouldn't happen to be TheWarOverlord, would he?

(I am sorry - that was most rude of me and I apologise )

Athas is not explicitly mentioned in the 3e MotP anywhere that I am aware of. It would be cool to see an actual page number if there really is a reference.

Under 2e, there were scattered references to Athas' status regarding the other planes. Athas' crystal sphere is presumed to be closed and far from known space. It is cut off from the Outer Planes by the Grey (a bleak plane that works like an athasian afterlife) but there are a number of exceptions to this isolation (spells and gates, for example). Athas is connected to the (para)elemental planes, however, but these differ from the standard versions of these planes. I presume you know about the Black from your sig, which just leaves the Hollow.

Athas is like Ravenloft in the same way as being boiled alive is like being eaten by wolves ;)

Thanks for the extra info regarding the crystal sphere. I traded in a lot of my 2E stuff for 3E stuff, but kept all my DS material. Its been SOOOOO long since I read into a lot of that- in fact, its been a long time since I played 2E, I can barely remember the number-crunching, been too focused on 3E. In fact, I'm taking notes right now. thanks again.
