Are the 2 products which were never released due to the DS game line closing in 97 (Dregoth Ascending and Secrets of the dead lands) ever go online? I heard they are on this site, wizards.com, but I couldn't find them after searching for them.

The only people I know for sure that have are the 97 (or 98, can't remember which) Gen-Con DM's who were given copies and told not to share them, and of course WOTC.

do a search on these forums.
The Athas.Org guys have them but are redoing them for 3.5
and there might be an issue with WOTC with releasing them.
Im sure someone better qualified will answer you soon.

The two products in question are still in development for 3rd Edition rules. Athas.org's agreement with WotC requires that they be released under 3.5 rules and it has taken time to develop a stable rules base for DS3.5. Also, both Dregoth Ascending and The Emissary (companion adventure to Secrets of the Deadlands) both contain material that falls under epic rules in 3e. As the epic rules for DS3.5 are still being developed as well, the release of these "final" TSR supplements is still a little way off

(There is a possibility that elements of Dregoth Ascending that do not incorporate epic rules may be released sooner. See this thread for more on that.)
