In various 2e DS supplements, it mentions that lifeshaping requires a certain porous stone found at the ocean bottom. Presumably, this material is fairly prevalent in Thamasku and surrounding rhul-thaun communities. But is it prevalent elsewhere in the Tablelands? Is it also beyond the plateau, say, in the Kreen Empire far below?

Furthermore; assuming this stone is still relatively abudant, would the sorcerer-kings know about it? And furthermore, could this stone be used in arcane and/or divine magic?

--one must assume it would help druidic magic greatly NB

It would stand to reason that it would be found beneath the water of Saragar(sp) the Last Sea. Granted you might have to befriend the lizard folk and risk being attacked by the Squrak ;)

Squarks are cool... They are followed by pools of Sharkopaths
