#1 zombiegleemax Jul 15, 2004 16:12:10	Good afternoon all! Not sure how many of you have a copy of the original module....but I have a question on an item that I can't figure out..... On Level 3, Room 307...the Leucrotta grotto....it mentions in the sub-text: anyone bearing the "branched staff", described in area 427, commands their respect. My copy of the module has Area 427 as the East Fire Gate and no mention of a "branched staff". I don't recall seeing this item mentioned anywhere... Any clues? gibby
#2 zombiegleemax Jul 15, 2004 23:51:44	I'm running this adventure atm and have not found this yet ( I must have read the whole thing 3 times) but I have found other items missing as well from various pages and areas. just add it somewhere else make it up if you have to thats what i will do unless a) someone else knows where these are or b) I missed it therefore I will post what the changes are
#3 Medriev Aug 11, 2004 16:58:39	My version of the module shows shows the same incorrect reference (1985 version of T1-4). I suspect that it refers to an item held by one of the prominent NPCs on level 4 of the dungeons but a quick scan hasn't turned up anything. If I come across the correct reference then I will post here.

#6 zombiegleemax Sep 01, 2004 7:35:09	have you played the Computer game? i didn't dig out my module last night sorry. but i did play the computer game. it is based on the 1edADnD version upgraded to 3.11ed for Workgroups. not the Monte Cook RttToEE version. there are several possible areas i can think of right off the top of my head from playing the Computer game. one is from a node on one of the NPCs lost there. one is from one of the elemental priests for completing a mission for them. one is from the Troll area, either from the King of Trolls or the animal handler troll. and the last is from the Lamia.

#8 samwise Sep 01, 2004 20:09:53	There is indeed an odd candelabra in Falrinth's room. I noticed it myself while running the module when the players got there, and remembered the question being asked. I strongly suspect this is the one intended, and the room number is wrong in the Leucrotta encounter.
