#1 zombiegleemax Jul 30, 2004 19:35:22	I have another question. If water is so precious on Athas how come it costs 1cp for a gallon? It seems rather ordinary? Shouldn't it be really expensive? Or at least, more expense than 1 cp?!? But if it is, how do people afford water? Do citizen of city-states get a ration of water for their household? How does it work? Mephboy
#2 zombiegleemax Jul 30, 2004 20:28:38	Yeah 1 ceramic piece is a bit cheap, especially when you consider that the average commoner earns less than 15 ceramics per week doing unskilled labor. It only 'seems' cheap when your you think 'oh, its only one coin'. But the cost of something is only reletive to the income of the average person.
