The spell Truth Seek is used by the elves in book 1 of the War of Souls yet in the Dragonlance campaign setting it dosn't have that spell listed nor is it properly represented in the normal D&D spells. Does anyone have some sort of stats for this spell?

It's not a spell, per se. It's an ability possessed by the kirath, who are apparently the only ones who use it.

Is the stats on that listed anywhere, or are they going to be in WotL book, or is this one of those used as the DM sees fit things?

you can use the spell of "zone of truth". just make it to work on one person only.
and the caster could ask couple of questions which the victim must answer if not overcome the will check.

Would that be a Spell-like Ability or Supernatural Ability, if either how many times per day/week can it be used? Is there a character level or ability requirement, because if I remember correctly not all kirath can do it. Or is it a genetic thing like the telepathic bond between the Silanesti royalty and griffons?

I don't know - there's no kirath prestige class yet!

I think it should be spell like ability. its not like their body devoloped a special ability..they had to learn it.
and you should decide how many times per level of Kirath...
But I guess there is no prestige class such as this, So you will have to make it yourslef for now or use the game matirialels in dragonlance.com.
