Are there many clashes ( I noticed Bariaur are medium not large in the planar handbook). I guess I'm asking, how well does it mesh, are there any improvements problems in the planar handbook material?

Well there's not too many conflicts between the material on Sigil in the PlHB versus the Sigil guide on Planewalker. Mine just happens to go into much greater depth then the PlHB material.

Those differences that you'll notice are that the levels of some NPCs are different, specifically Rhys and my namesake. (hey they finally got her gender right though). Also, there's no mentioned whatsoever of the Ring Givers in Sigil in the PlHB whereas in my own material they're given a prominant place as a new faction within Sigil, and their factol is one of the rising stars in Sigil's politics (as well as being the single richest blood in the city...).

I am of course, ever so biased on all of this IMAGE(http://arcanofox.foxpaws.net/shemmywink.gif)

For the hard and fast rules, the pure crunch, there's not much that I see would conflict between the Planar Handbook and the Planewalker.com material. On the other hand, the stuff like the Lady of Pain having an alignment, the utter lack of modrons, and the flavor of Planescape in general makes me think less of the Planar Handbook.

All in all, the Planewalker stuff is far above and beyond any official 3/3.5 material. The feel of the setting is what makes it special, and the utter lack of that in the Planar Handbook is a big problem for me. So, keep up the good work, Shemeska. I'm really looking forward to any new material...
