OK here's my template for a couple of Epic Feats designed for characters who are both epic spell casters and epic manifesters.

Psionic Quickening [Psionic, Epic]
You may quicken magical spells through the expenditure of your psionic power.
Prerequisites:Quicken Power, Quicken Spell, Spellcraft 21+, Psicfraft 21+
Benefit: You may choose to affect magical spells you cast as though by the Quicken Power feat. You must spend your psionic focus to use this feat just as if you were using the Quicken Power feat. The spell is affected as though by the Quicken Spell feat but you pay the cost for Quickening in Power Points as though you were Quickening a power. You do not have to prepare this in advance (for preparation casters) or take extra time in casting (for spontaneous casters)
Treat the spell as though it were a psionic power of the same level for determining it's affect on your psionic cap, if you could not manifest a quickened power of that level than you cannot use this feat. In addition you cannot use this power if if you cannot cast spells of the quickened spells level plus 3.

Obviously similar feats could be created for Maximize Power/Spell (Psionic Maximization) etc Empower\Enlarge\Extend\Twin\Split\Widen....

Just wanted to create some feats based around the idea of "Psionic Enchantments" would be nice for epic Cerebremancers aswell. Have always been interested in the idea of the interplay between psionics and magic that the SKs and other epic casters could achieve. Might also be useful for high level Cleric\Elementals and epic Druids\Spirits of the Land. Though personally I don't use the Druid\Psion -> Spirit of the Land rule in my campaigns.

Based on the old metapsionic power...

Splice [Psionic]
You may manifest multiple powers on the same target or area at once.
Prerequisites: Dunno havn't thought about it yet.
Benefit: You must expend your psionic focus to use this feat. You may manifest multiple powers on the same target or target area at once. Each power you manifest costs it's normal cost + 2. The total cost of all powers (including the +2 for each power) cannot exceed your psionic cap.

This idea just came to me and so haven't fully fleshed it out/worked out it's balance yet. Maybe this post should be on the main Psionics board... oh well too late now...

Umm, personally, I'd never want to use this. Why? Because I believe that Psionic Enchantments are strictly in the realms of Advanced Beings. As such, they are class features of the Advanced Being class (which, when I get my site up again, people will be able to see once more). Epic Cerebrmancers, while interesting, are decidedly *not* Advanced Beings. They can use both magic and psionics, but cannot mix the two.
