I want to my group let meet a member of Tempug's Band, but they should not know he's a member of this band.
The Problem is, that those members are mainly artists and artisans, and it would be very easy to uncover their disguise. That's why I was thinking of a Prestige Class to help them to maintain their disguise.

That is what I'm thinking of so far:
Tenpug's Band Member

Class Skills: The Tenpug's Band Member's class skills (and key ability for each skill) are Appraise (Int), Balance (Dex), Bluff (Cha), Concentration (Con), Craft (Int), Diplomacy (Cha), Disguise (Cha), Forgery (Int), Gather Information (Cha), Handle Animal (Cha), Hide (Dex), Knowledge (all), Perform (Cha), Profession (Wis), Ride (Dex), Sense Motive (Wis), Sleight of Hand (Dex), Spot (Wis), and Survival (Wis).

Do you plan to make a PrC for each Slave Tribe?

Actually not. I just wanted something for Tempug's Band members, because I think that the standart classes (like rouge or bard) don't fit very well to give them the IMHO required abilities.
Tenpug's Band consists mainly from ex-slaves who were experts.
Basically this PrC I presented could be used by any slave tribe that mainly consists by artisans and artists that just produce goods or provide services.

Raiding slave tribes - like the Frees - consist from many different classes and mostly don't have something special, so that they would need an extra PrC.

This is my POV at the moment, but I've to re-check Slave Tribes....maybe there are some other tribes being worth to have an own PrC.

It took me some time to post due to the boards' problems of late.

Bengeldorn, Tenpug's Band is pretty much, IMO, the only other slave tribe that could be made into a PrC besides the Black Sand Raiders. I have reservations for all the others.

Tenpug's Dogma I find a cool ability, although the use of the word dogma is a little weird, like they're in a cult. Maybe teachings?

Pretending Free is a great idea but I think something is missing. Or is it that I haven't read a section of DS3 or something where it says that one can pretend to being a freeman? Maybe adding a phrase to point us in the right direction...

I also suggest that you make this a 5 level class and that you get rid of the 10th level ability. Being a member of a 100+ strong tribe is not enough IMO to warrant a full 10 level class. The Black Sand Raiders I thought were so small they didn't even warrant a 5 level class.

I'd say also remove Balance and Spot from the skill list.

Well, first of all thanks the comment.
Tenpug's Dogma I find a cool ability, although the use of the word dogma is a little weird, like they're in a cult. Maybe teachings?

In my first write up it was teachings, but it sounded strange to me (wasn't realy good in englisch at school :embarrass ) that's why I changed it to dogma, didn't know if that was right, but it sounded cool.
Now I'll change it back to teachings.

Pretending Free is a great idea but I think something is missing. Or is it that I haven't read a section of DS3 or something where it says that one can pretend to being a freeman? Maybe adding a phrase to point us in the right direction...

I'd say, pretending to be someone else you've to make disguese checks and bluff checks, depending on the situation. Pretending Free gives a bonus these checks.
Addaitionally when some tries to reveal your real ID, for example with psionics, you get this bonus to your save rolls.
It's something like the bard's Mental Resistance class feature of DS3 but the bonus only aplies when you have to pretend to not being a slave. For example, if you try to disguise as an other race the bonus won't aply. I've added an example, but I'd be pleased if someone could write something, so that it'll be easier to understand.

I also suggest that you make this a 5 level class and that you get rid of the 10th level ability. Being a member of a 100+ strong tribe is not enough IMO to warrant a full 10 level class. The Black Sand Raiders I thought were so small they didn't even warrant a 5 level class.

Changed.

I'd say also remove Balance and Spot from the skill list.

Spot removed.
I'd like to keep Balance as it is, because I think it is important for Artists.
