Hi, everybody! It's been so long since I've been on the boards, you've all probably forgotten me. But, I fondly remember the DL boards, and I've been missing talkign constantly about DL. I just wasn't into it for a few weeks, but I'm back on track. I'm re-reading the Chonicles, and then moving on the the Legends. I also got into a car accident last night(foggy, ran off the curve, into a deep ditch). The car turned over, and I thought that I was going to die, and one of the things that passed through my head was that I'd never get a chance to finish any of my DL articles, or read any of the new books, or see the movie that will hopefully be made. And then the car landed, and I was okay. So now, I have a whole new zeal on life, especially Dragonlance, as DL has been a big part of my life and has helped me through some hard times. So, you'll hopefully be seeing a lot more of me in the future.

PS: Have you ever seen the bumper of a car you love dearly get ripped off? It's not an enjoyable experience. I almost started vomiting.

Damn. Glad you're okay then, car accidents are nasty business (my sister got into a car accident a few months ago and her car was totalled, but luckily she wasn't too hurt). Now that you're back you should be happy at the plethora of Dragonlance goodness just released or in the process of being released. :D

I know! I've still been saving up for the Bestiary, and WotL comes out! Well, maybe this book I can convince my group to actually pitch in money for, instead of thorwing a dollar in change in my sombrero like they usually do. Plus, I'll hopefully get a job at Dominoes(although I don't know how I'll get to it, car being wrecked and all), plus we're saving aluminum cans, so I might jsut actually have money for a change. Seriously, my total amount of spending money: $1.

You could always follow Barney Gumble's example and donate some blood. ;)

Or plasma, or umm... well we won't touch the other thing... Anywho i know what you mean about the fog, it about happened to me on my way home this morning major highways i was going 35 down and back roads i usually take at 70(ok moderately illegal if i get caught) I was going like 10-20 down, seriously scared either a person/deer/another car didn't appear right infront of me. Glad you are ok man, I know what you mean though, DL and Star Wars (pre prequal crap) has helpped me through some rough times too. But its great to have you back, and we could never forget about you umm..... whats you handle again... just kidding Jacen, I had wondered where you been. Figured you were just galavanting around the Star Wars galaxy. So welcome back good luck with the car, tell the insurance company some drunk guy cut you off or somthing. Hopefully you'll be on your feet in no time.

Yay! My car's bumper's been re-attached, and some of the dents have been gotten out, so now the door opens, and I can drive it again! It'll probably be awhile before I can get the rest of the dents fixed...

Well, I'm under 18, so I don't thtink I can donate blood or anything else...but I can collect aluminum cans! And my friend wants to buy one of my Grandpa's old cars because he thinks he can get it running again, so I might get some money out of that.

These are the general requirements for donating blood to the American Red Cross:

To give blood for transfusion to another person, you must be healthy, be at least 17 years old, weigh at least 110 pounds, and not have donated blood in the last 56 days.

Sorry bout your accident. Glad your ok, that is the most important part. I would admit DL would be the last thing on my mind during an accident. have to put getting lucky up there at the top. LOL :D
