#1true_blueSep 14, 2004 3:54:50 | Here's a pic for the miniature of mina if anyone is interested: http://www.3rdedition.org/merricb/2004/09/promotional-mina-dark-cleric.htm Apparantly it is a promotional miniature and doesn't come with a stat card but will be able to be downloaded as aweb enhancement. I'm not sure how many people play D&DM, but its still nice to see the miniatures being made for Dragonlance. |
#2talinthasSep 14, 2004 4:05:31 | dude, i play D&DM all the time, and lord soth is an awesome figure. i can only hope that Mina is as good. i notice that they went with the cover of A&A for their version. Kinda sad, as i prefered the mina on the cover of fallen sun, and the age of mortals better. but any DL > no DL =) and dang it, someone on that tour better get me one =) |
#3true_blueSep 14, 2004 4:41:38 | I'm very happy with the Dragonlance figures they have had so far. Lord Soth, Kapak, and Baaz are all neat figures. I also kind of consider the Young Minotaur a Dragonlance figure, just because its perfect for Krynn minotaurs ( I have about 10 of them now). I'm not thrilled about Mina, but I am glad they are making Dragonlance figures. I can think of about a hundred other miniatures I'd rather see, but as long as they keep making more, I'm happy. Yea I don't like the A&A picture of Mina. I thought the Age of Mortals picture was badass personally. D&DM seems to be just addicting after you get into it. Once I started, I had to collect all of them. Now that I've finally finished up Harbinger, I've started making second sets of Dragoneye, Archfiends, and Giants of Legend. I'm waiting very anxiously for Aberrations. In my D&D games I've always been heavily into miniatures, so D&DM really helps me out with things. Also the skirmish game is a pretty neat way to pass some time when I have an extra hour or so. If I have to, I'll wait to see someone sell the mini on ebay. Screw it, its worth it. |
#4zombiegleemaxSep 14, 2004 23:17:25 | I checked Margaret's book tour schedule on her website and saw that the closest place she'll be to where I live is Powell's Books in Beaverton, Oregon. Now I just checked Powell's website which claims her whole tour has been canceled. What's the real story? Thanks. Tamora Amberleaf |

Is kinda hard to see though I agree I loved the AoM Mina, i think its been the best pic of her so far. I also didn't like A&A Mina. BLAST I missed it, ans she was right in a town where one of my friends lived i could have sent her over to atleast get the mini, and a book for herself. GCS |
