#2zombiegleemaxOct 01, 2004 14:52:44 | I was wondering if any character stats have been done for the monk rhys. DLCS AoM ? No, so far there are no official game stats for any of the major characters of Amber & Ashes except for Lord Ausric Krell. Jamie Chambers Sovereign Press, Inc. |
#3zombiegleemaxOct 01, 2004 15:25:37 | I thought that Mina was detailed in the Age of Mortals. |
#4SysaneOct 01, 2004 15:27:34 | I thought that Mina was detailed in the Age of Mortals. Not as a cleric of Chemosh. |
#5quentingeorgeOct 01, 2004 17:00:45 | Just swap Mina's domains for some ones from Chemosh, and the stats are ready to go. I'd make Rhys around a 7th level monk. His kender buddy would of course use the prestige class in the AoM, along with some mystic levels. |
#6zombiegleemaxOct 01, 2004 19:23:50 | I thought that Mina was detailed in the Age of Mortals. You are correct. I think, in my head, I meant characters new to fiction. But right you are! Jamie Chambers Sovereign Press, Inc. |

#8zombiegleemaxOct 04, 2004 11:54:03 | Any chance to see a write up on some of these characters in the near future? Maybe in a Dragon magazine or a Dungeon with an adventure set around the children of Seth? Dungeon and Dragon are not generally interested in Dragonlance material except for specific issues (such as the anniversary issue in which the Bozak Draconian information was published). We will try to find an appropriate venue for that information, though! Jamie Chambers Sovereign Press, Inc. |
#9zombiegleemaxOct 04, 2004 12:39:58 | Anychance then the Anvil of Time will be updated for a 3.5 Dragonlance adventure? |
#10zombiegleemaxOct 04, 2004 14:21:02 | That would be cool and all.....but I really dont see that it is that big a need. THe adventure plays through just fine as is really. Having run it in 3.5 I really think that the only things that would be major changes are the stats for Lord Soth and Huma. Other than that, everything would pretty much be doable without a conversion. I don't see where people think it is so hard to just convert....the revised rules are hardly different from 3.0.....As a matter of fact I've run the adventure in both versions of the rules and saw no change in the adventure at all. So.....IMHO aside from updating the stats for Huma and Soth to agree with what is printed now (Soth's writeup in WotL) I'm fairly sure you could run it as is. Especially since the PCs shouldnt be knowing Soth's class levels anyways. |
