3rd edition Modules set in Greyhawk:

Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil.

3rd edition modules that can be set in greyhawk

most of the generic 3e modules released by WotC (The Sunless Citadel, The Forge of Fury etc. and on until Bastion of Broken Souls) can be placed in the greyhawk setting with realtivly little work.

Several of the modules by Necromancer Games work well in the greyhawk setting if time is taken to modify them appropriatly (Replace the necromancer games gods with greyhawk gods, figure out a good place to set them, etc.) of the Necromancer Games modules that work well in greyhawk I would say that...

The Crucible of Freya (replace Freya with Ehloona, or maybe one of the oreidian agricultural goddesses).

The Tomb of Abythsor
and
Demons and Devils

are your best bets.

hope that helps

WotC has not updated any of the old (1E/2E, but 1E mostly) modules. We keep hoping they will but I am not keeping my fingers crossed.

That said, fans have done the work already and it's available here:

There's a couple of fan produced modules on www.canonfire.com too under downloads. Dungeon Magazine has a few as well. There's going to be a 3 module series coming up centered around Sterich IIRC.

Check out this thread on canonfire for an index in the work of all magazine articles/adventures set in GH:
http://www.canonfire.com/htmlnew/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=589&sid=4434f43204f766ced201747a8b40a5a8
(copy/paste the link as usual)

Dungeon mag has some excellent stuff for GH.

As for conversions: the ENworld forums come to mind. Ask there...

The Crucible of Freya (change the name Freya to Beory or Ehlonna) module by Necromancer games is a very good intro module. The Necromancer Games website also has a prequel mini-adventure that sets up the Crucible of Freya adventure as well. It is called The Wizard's Amulet and it is a free download. It easily allows a DM to take a group of characters from a town or village and send them into the wild to seek their first adventure. I had adventurers begin in Verbobonc, and set the adventure along the border of the Kron Hills and The Welkwood, in map hex M4-95.

Next they journeyed on to Safeton where they were hired to recover weapons and armor caches believed to lie hidden in an ancient Dwarven Citadel, The Forge of Fury module, which I set in and around hex M4-106. Now the party is investigating the Tomb of Abysthor in the Cairn Hills. The shrines of Thyr and Muir have been renamed for Heironeous and Mayaheine though, and a bit of the adventure history and backgound have been changed to suit my Greyhawk campaign a bit better.

As for the original adventures that were published for 1st edition AD&D, you can get most of the classics from www.svgames.com. They are about $5 each, and well worth it, as you'd pay exhorbitant prices for the original adventures on e-bay or Amazon.com. I got Queen of Spiders for $5, instead of buying an original copy for $75 or so. I bought 10 adventures from them(I have most of the rest in original form ;) ). I'm very satisfied with svgames. Of course, I'll have to translate them all to 3.5, but I really don't mind that all too much(I really like new game mechanics). If you are not familiar with the older versions of the game then just download the character conversion book from the WOTC site for converting anything with a character class or that is multi-classed. The monsters translate straight over- just look them up in the appropriate monster book. Hope that helps a bit.

Stringing those modules together sounds like a fun campaign Cebrion.

Like many Greyhawk fans, I was excited by Crucible of Freya. However, I've not followed other Necromancer products -- except for The Grey Citadel, which seemed a fairly good city-based adventure and campaign sourcebook. (This combination interested me.) If I placed that in the Flanaess, I'd look to Perrenland, Ratik, or the Bone March (prior to its fall).

I think that Crucible of Freya could be placed almost anywhere in the Flanaess with relatively minor changes. As for the goddess to replace Freya, I've also considered using Atroa and Berei.

City of the Spider Queen is a very good example of what can be done with the sourcebook/adventure foramat. I'll have to check out The Grey Citadel . I've found that most of Necromancer's stuff is creative, if somewhat heavy-handed. On average, the level limits on their adventures should probably be set 1 or 2 levels higher than they have them listed at.

Let us know how the campaign goes soulwalker. There's lots of people here to bounce ideas off of.
