Initiative: +6
Speed: 30 ft. (6 squares)
Armor Class: 14 (+1 size, +2 Dex, +1 natural), touch 13, flat-footed 12
Base Attack/Grapple: +3/-1
Attack: Tackle +6 melee (1d4)
Full Attack: Tackle +6 melee (1d4)
Space/Reach: 5 ft./5 ft.
Special Attacks: Thundershock
Special Qualities: Cute, darkvision, immunity to electricity, low-light vision
Saves: Fort +4, Ref +5, Will +2
Abilities: Str 10, Dex 15, Con 13, Int 10, Wis 12, Cha 6
Skills: Hide +10, Listen +5, Spot +5

A tingle runs down your spine and your hair rises as you spot a small Pokémon with yellow fur. It seems quite cute, but tiny lightning bolts can be seen in its eyes. The stench of ozon increases…

When several of these Pokémon gather, their electricity could build and summon Tyr storms.
Athasian Pikachus normally get brought into homes by children because of their natural affinity to each other. Even if the child’s parents do not approve of the new “pet”, they normally let the kid keep it. Because of the tembo’s love for children’s flesh, pikachus and tembos are mortal enemies.

Thundershock (Ex): Once per round, an athasian pikachu can deliver an electrical shock to a single opponent within 15 feet. This attack deals 3d6 points of damage to opponents (Reflex DC 14 half ). The save DC is Constitution-based and includes a +2 racial bonus.
Cute: Athasian Pikachus receive a +10 racial bonus to charisma-based skill checks when children or pokémaniacs are involved.

If I remember well from the Animal, Household entry in Terrors of the Desert,

These animals are neither cute nor cuddly, for no such creatures exist on Athas.
