I am running a homemade campaign, based around the very old idea of a organization dedicated to ressurecting Takhisis(Post War of Souls, as you can guess). We have managed wizardless for quite a while, and we still don't have a rogue(2 fighters, a barbarian, a war-cleric, and a wizard are what's currently here)
Note:I am about halfway through, so the earlier parts may not be very clear.
Players(In order of number of sesson's they've been here):
Clary(LG M Half-Elf Fighter 4/Mystic 1/Knight of the Crown 2):Clary is the staple, and leader of the party by assumption(I. E.:So, do we do it, clary?). He has a silver dragon companion, who he is foster father to named Icicle. He has been here since the 1st session, and is still here.
Edder Es-Orilg(NG M Minotaur Cleric of Kiri-Jolith 7):Edder is another of the solid people here, and he's saved everyone's life several times. He's on bad terms with his fellow minotaurs, and they've tried to get him a couple times already.
Moira(? F Half-Elf Fighter 4):Moira is a very quiet person, and i don't really know much about her, to tell the truth.
Kemian(Ex-N M Q. Elf Noble 3):Kemian was an inhabitant of Qualinest who joined with them by coincidence, after meeting them on the Solanthus road. He is dead now, killed by a cleric of Sargas.
Kemian(LE M Q. Elf Rogue 3):Kemian(The player who played him liked that name) Is a mysterious elf who joined their team after the death of his namesake. Secretly, however, he's a spy for Darkness Rising(My evil organization) who want to keep an eye on the PCs after they messed up Darkness Rising's plans a few times.
Galans(LG M C. Human Wizard 4/Wizard of High Sorcery 2):Galans is a wizard they met after an encounter with Thrune. [Outofdate]As galans is a apprentice so far, thrune did not blast him to pieces, and instead introduced him to the PCs.[EndOutofdate] Galans is a conjurer unofficialy, and likes his meat shields(Sorry, summoned monsters) to be really tough. He is a good wizard, but by no means great. I will have a full bio on him up Friday. Galans passed his test with difficulty but passed it all the same. His pyromaniacal skills are a big help to the party.

Background

There are a few things in my adventure that arn't usual, listed here. It takes place a year and a half after the War of Souls. Solamnia is ruled by the Solamnic Knights, Gellidus and Sable have been killed by the Legion of Steel(Which has suffered huge casualties, and so does not play a part in my campaign), Sir Liam Ehrling was killed retaking Solamnia, and a half-elf called Lord Pairdon took over. The Knights of Neraka are regrouped, and in a power struggle. Still, the two main canidates(Anemar Ironshield of the KotL and Dargarath Boneheart of the KotS) aren't backstabbing much, and have restored the KoN to some of their former honor. Two people converted by Mina formed Darkness Rising, an organization dedicated to bringing Takhisis back, and will stop at nothing to do that. Secretly, the power struggle in the Knights of Neraka is between two factions:The Knights of Takhisis and the Knights of Neraka. Anemar Ironshield is one of the two founding members of Darkness Rising, and has gained some controll over the KoN due to it.
The Adventure

1st session. Clary and a companion arrived in Palanthus. Seeing a sign requesting travelers skilled with weapons to help, they consulted the Governor for help. He explained that a Scroll of True Ressurection had been stolen from his treasury, and that he wanted it to be recovered. Searching for information about it, the pair learned that a particular thief had been flashing money near the Startrout inn. Arriving there, they were ambushed by a pair of thugs, who they knocked out with ease. Questioning the innkeeper, the man named the thief they were talking about. The two headed to his house, to perform an arrest.

I will post 2nd to about 12th sessions after i get some feedback. Enjoy!

2nd session. Clary and his companion entered the house, where they were ambushed by a bunch of thugs. His companion was knocked out, and Edder arrived, saving Clary from being slaughtered. The two continued, beating down miscelaneous thugs, until they reached the thief. He told them that the scroll was long gone, and he and a couple thugs fought them for a while, until the thief was being defeated. When that was happening, he dashed off through a secret exit. The last of the thugs being slaughtered, they searched around; and found a secret board, where was stored a large store of money, but no scroll. Having done that, they reported failure to the Governor of Palanthas.

Incedently, may i please have some feedback?

3rd session. The players reported back. He accepted it, and gave them a second mission(He didn't have anyone else to do the job, and anyway they almost suceeded last mission). He asked them to clear out the Palanthas Pass, which had become mysteriously unpassable. Heading there, it turned out to be blocked by a group of rangers who shot and killed all travelers. It was a hard fight, but eventualy the players managed to defeat the rangers' leader, who was killed at Clary's hands.

Sounds like an interesting campaign. I especially like the spy in the midst of the party ... it reminds me about this old campaign I ran years back. Ahh, the memories. ;)

4th session. Edder and Clary, having completed their mission, returned. The govornor of Palanthas told them he had no more missions for them, and sent them to Solanthus(Capital of Solamnia and HQ of the KoS) with a letter of very faint reccomandation. On the way, they encountered a white-robed wizard who called himself Thrune. They exchanged favors, and the players stopped at an inn for the night.(Yes, i know this is a very short session, but there was a lot of roleplaying. I'll do better next time-Next one is very action-filled)

5th session. Clary and Edder, having stopped for the night in a small inn on the road to Solanthus, went downstairs at the same time as another person. The innkeeper asked the two why they were traveling; as the Warlord was about. When they asked about the Warlord, he gaped at them and said that the Warlord was a mighty mage dark elf with droves of draconians, hordes of hobgoblins, and gigantic swarms of goblins. Knowing how people egzaggerate rumor, the two decided to go after the warlord. Joined by the other person(Moira) the three left the inn, to travel to the place where the Innkeeper had said the Warlord was. They were attacked by a draconian and a bandit on the way there, which the three easily slew. Seeing the Warlord, they closed in...(But then our D&D time ended)

5 1/2th session. Kemian was traveling from the northern part of the world, when he was set upon by a pair of thugs. Killing one and forcing the other to flee, he continued on-And then he saw a draconian, of a type he had never seen before. The black-scaled, draconic humanoid stood five-and-a-half feet tall, with a lean, muscular frame. Two curved, sharp horns framed its serpentine face. The two circled eachother, warily, until eventualy they talked. It revealed it was a Venom draconian, created from the eggs of a Evil dragon, making it Good. It left afterwards. Kemian continued on until he saw a Minotaur and a Half-Elf closing in on a group of bandits. He charged the bandits...

Sounds good so far. It's like listening to a story unfold, and I'm awaiting the next chapters.
Most people running campaigns in the 5th age are running KoD, so the variation here is kind of refreshing. That in and of itself is worthy of kudos. Keep it up!

Thanks. I have a thing about playing other people's characters, so i'm not doing KoD. And i'm trying to make it read like a story. Well, here's Session 6!

6th session. Clary, Moira and Edder charged the Warlord, along with a strange elf(Kemian) who had come out of nowhere to attack the Warlord. The Warlord waved his troops back, and charged the four. After a long battle, the Warlord was being defeated. So he stepped back and started chanting. They could sense the fact that the Warlord was healing himself with divine power, and Edder could sense the power of his god's polar opposite-Sargonnas- at work. Then the warlord charged back into combat. After a sequence of rapid strikes from both sides, the Warlord was down. Then his minions charged. After another battle, the four heroes triumphed, and they returned to the town.

7th session. The four headed to Solanthus, where they took the letter given to them by the Palanthas governor to the ruler of Solanthus and head of the Solamnic knights, Lord Pairdon. After looking at hit, he gave them a mission:Go to a particular town, where they believe a Knight of Neraka will be passing through with a message. Going there, they learned that indeed, he was there. They entered the inn...

i have no feedback...

Aside from the spy, how are you going to interweave the Darkness Rising organization into the storyline?

Aside from the spy, how are you going to interweave the Darkness Rising organization into the storyline?

Simple:It was there from the beginning. How are they gonna ressurect Takhisis without a Scroll of True Ressurection, tell me that? How are they gonna ressurect Takhisis with the KoS on their backs? How are they gonna ressurect Takhisis without knowing where the Tomb is?... That sorta thing. Actualy, the players are already a nuicance to Darkness Rising. I have it planned that(If everything goes according to plan, and it usualy does, these fish like my plot hooks) for them to run into a trap lead by a member of Darkness Rising, them to be captured(Subdual Fireball is a nasty, nasty spell) and for one of the villains to reveal his plot just before failing to kill the PCs(Or before failing to kill all the PCs)

8th session. ...Where they were told the Dark Knights were. And yes there was a Knight of Neraka(And several squires), but there was a Black-Robed wizard who they recognized as the WHITE-robed wizard named Thrune they met on the Solanthus trail. After a short roleplaying encounter between them and Thrune, they worked together to beat the Dark Knights(Clary is spoiled by 3.0 Haste after Thrune cast it on him here. 3.2 is 3.0 with the movement system and a LOT of supplements from 3.5). They captured the Dark Knight and most of his squires(Some died), and headed upstairs for the night(Leaving the Dark Knight tied up).

Edit-There's gonna be about 8 more sessions, not 4.

Well are they just going to resurect her or are they going to revive her to god hood?

Have they made the organization mad yet? If so a sivok could kill the govener and assum his identity. giving them tasks that further the organizations goal. ( the PC's will unkowingly help their enemys)

how are they going to revive the dark queen any way? are they going to have her spirit posses the egg of a dragon? are they going to just resurect her?

Also how are they going to get her back to god hood? are they going to preform a ritual to siphon off the powers of the other gods? are they going to tip the scale to the extrame of good and let the backlash to evil rise her to god hood?

looks like you have a good story going but i have no idea where you are going with it.

They are going to Ressurect her, and the Leader of the Solamnic Knights/Govorner of Solanthus(They are the same person) is CR 30-odd (Memo:NEVER give dragons levels in Knight of the Rose.) They intend to somehow get the attention of the High God so that she can complain to him; but i'm not sure how they're gonna do it. i haven't formulated their plans past getting the Scroll of True Ressurection to her and using it. Actualy i like your idea, so they might do a 3-stage plan:Ressurect her; Use magic to get her spirit to possess a dragon's body (Maybe a modified Draconian ritual... the possibilities are endless!); and find some way to complain to the 40-divine-rank High God.

9th session(Wow, there are less than i thought). The four characters(Kemian[Noble], Clary, Moira, and Edder) headed back to Solanthus, when one of them tripped over a large rock. Edder tried to pick it up to throw aside and couldn't. It took clary's help to lift up the trapdoor that the rock was attached to. Having nothing else to do, they tied the captives to a tree and went into the trapdoor. Directly inside, they encountered 'dun ta dun' a Minotaur armed with a greatsword. Who swung the greatsword at them. After a fast fight, the minotaur dashed through the door. They killed a few, and then tried to open the door he had opened. It was an unpleasant sight. He was nowhere they could see, and there was a flame the size of an ogre in front of them, and it was angry at them. After another quick fight, the fire elemental was destroyed and they continued along that passageway, killing evil minotaurs as they went, until they came to a staircase, which they went down. There were a few more enemies, and then a really tough one with a battleaxe. He went down, too. The one they'd fought at the start then came charging at them, enraged. It took a while before he died, and when he did, he muttered a dying curse on the other minotaur's stuff.(Too Bad, PCs). After doing that, they entered a large room, which had:a huge skeleton and a huge zombie, along with a Ghast. And yes, there was also a Minotaur, with a holy medalion of Sargas. The four adventurers attacked the Undead, destroying them. Then they closed in on the Cleric. He killed Kemian, and was badly wounded before turning and running for his life through his secret passageway. They heard "ARGH! OW! THE PAIN... ARGH!! NOOOOOO!!!...." coming from the secret passageway, along with the booms of exploding fireballs and the clicks of traps being set off. And with that, they continued along the road to Solanthus.

Well, i made a definate mistake last two posts. I missed the first Solanthus adventure. I'm writing that now, but the others are a session later than it says. Sorry!

the REAL 8th session. The four players arrived in Solanthus, weary. They headed up to the Solamnic Knight HQ. Lord Pairdon, head of the Solamnic Knights, gave them their first mission and they gave him their letter. He told them that he knew a place where a group of villains were creating Draconians. He asked them to rescue the dragon eggs through the back entrance while his troops led an attack on the front. Their pay would be a dragon egg. The players accepted and headed up there. Reaching the back entrance, they entered in time to get ambushed by a pair of Kapak draconians guarding the back entrance. After a quick fight with the Kapaks, they continued through a corridor. Slaughtering several Baaz draconians, they arrived at the Egg Holding Area. There were Brass, and Bronze, and Copper, and even a Silver egg there, all perfectly preserved. But they were guarded. A Sivak and a Kapak jumped on them. After a long and difficult battle(Seriously. They were around level 4. That's the hardest challange they've ever faced.) the draconians were dead. They took the eggs back, encountering a Bozak and killing it on the way. They reached Solanthus, where they were given the Silver egg.

I know how you feel about posting a journal of your adventure. At one point, I was doing the same with my KoD campaign, but I never got any feedback, and I started to feel like "why bother if no one seems to care". Rest assured, though I may not make comments or suggestions on a regular basis, I still enjoy reading about the adventures of others. I will still write occasionally and make a comment here and there though, so keep it up!

Kind of funny how some off topics will spurn page after page of responses, and on other threads, it's a boon if even 1 or 2 people says anything at all. Sometimes I just don't get these forums. Ah well.

But a lot of times people read it but just don't have much more to say than thanks. In my opinion you're helping the community out by sharing your game with us so we can draw inspiration from it. Just keep it coming regardless if people post anything back. It's appreciated.

The key is for Thrune to say something controversial ... like:

a. Darkness Rising's backup plan is to open a planar portal to Faerun and allow the uber-cool Drow to invade!; or

b. Mind flayer starship captains appear over all of Krynn's major cities and start an aerial bombardment; or

c. Raistlin is resurrected and brought back as a vampiric werewolf.

11th session. The players and Icicle(P1:Clary.P2:Edder.P3:Moira. Icicle is the silver dragon that hatched out of clary's egg.) went to Solanthus, their prisoners in tow. Clary was allowed to join the Knights of the Crown(Which he did). The leader of the captured Knights had a message on him, but it was heavily ciphered, so the KoS told the group to check back often. The group started looking for the black-robed Thrune. In the marketplace, they were tapped on the shoulder... but nobody was there. It happened a few more times before they spotted Thrune. The black-robe identified the magical items, and the curse. The way to solve the curse was... To kill a rogue minotaur(For everyone's knowlage, minotaur's DO NOT like Edder, as he is a rogue minotaur). They did not kill edder(Goood boy, have a cookie .
They had been joined by Kemian in the city(Kemian #2). The group went to sleep in an inn after that.

12th session. The group(- kemian) woke up, to find Thrune in the downstairs room. He explained that the real reason he had contacted them was to do his dirty work for him and kill a Renegade wizard that was fleeing into Solanthus to hide from the Orders. The players accepted, and found a hint somewhere that the wizard was hiding in a thieves' guild. Going there, they were ambushed by a pair of thieves in the ally outside the guild, who they slew. Another few fights and the thieves were down for most of it, until they reached the last room, where the wizard, the head of the thieves guild, and 4 thieves were. The group took down the thieves, then the guild leader, and finaly the wizard(After some serious difficulty involving Phasmantal Killer and Fireball ). The group then headed back to Thrune and the inn.

But i like Krynn how it is. I don't really want any of those(For a start, i don't like Mind Flayers, Drow, or Vampiric Werewolves)

Fractional Session. Edder, after going to one of the stores that sells magic items, got unlucky. To be precise, he got ambushed by a pair of minotaurs. After a medium-length fight, he got knocked out and placed on a minotaur ship, to be taken to Mithas. However, the minotaur ambushers did not reckon on Thrune. A quick Lightening Bolt got rid of the guards, and edder got out. Letting him rampage all over the lower deck actualy worked. The sailors there were killed quickly, and...(F.S. ended)

13th? session. Thrune met up with the rest of the players(Clary, Moira, and Icicle) and told them what had happened to Edder. He also used a Scroll of Teleport to get them there. He had also brough Galans, who he was an aquantance to; to the ship. The group went on a rampage, killing minotaur sailors and opening the doors that had Edder stuck. They quickly moved on to the cabin, which had a trapped door. Luckily nobody died. Another long fight and they had cleared the ship.
(Sorry, but we only had 3 hours and a good chunk of that was spent making characters. Next one will be longer i think, but next one is the one we did last wednesday, so it will take a while for updates after that)

14th session. The group, after killing the minotaurs, took stock of the situation. They were on a ship, which none of them knew how to steer(Edder was the closest with the minotaur racial sailing bonuses); who knows where. The group took stock. Edder rolled a natural 20 on his Knowlage(Geography) check, so that problem got finished. Eventualy they managed to land at a small town on the western edge of Solamnia. They landed at a medium-sized town, sold the ship, and got on the road to Solanthus. However, with their luck, they were ambushed by a band of Draconians. After killing them, they noticed that they had headbands with little bits of obsidian in them. Continuing, they were just in time not to spot a one-wizard ambush. A quick Dalamar's Lightening Lance later they were hurt. Trying to catch the wizard, who they could tell was a Draconian, they failed due to an Invisibility spell. While they were searching around blowing up useless chunks of grass that never did them any harm, they were ambushed by a Bozak. After they killed it, the wizard showed up again and bombarded them with spells. However, they defeated him, and took his stuff and spellbook.

P.S. There are going to be a lot more sessions, but they will be posted at 4:30 or later on wednesdays.

P.P.S. The reason this one was more detailed was because i posted 3 days after the session, not two months.

15th session. The players(Clary, Edder, Moira & Icicle[Cohort]) were on the road to central Solamnia. The players were attacked by draconian bandits a few times. Both those times, the draconians were wearing headbands with little bits of low-grade obsidian in them. They came to a small wood. The path split in 2 directions, and they chose the one to the right. Noticing a fallen log blocking their path, they also saw a campfull of draconians. Baaz, Kapak, Bozak and even a Sivak. All of them had circlets with little bits of Obsidian in them. The players hid under the fallen log and watch them. The group heard a Kapak whining to another Kapak that the master took all the food to himself, leaving hardly no-one for them. The other one replied that the food was OK, they were being played plenty, and the master was as good as a god. The players heard that, and waited until nightfall to disrupt the villain's plans. Clary threw a stone at one of the guards, but missed. Edder tossed one into a campfire, where it sent a shower of sparks flying. The guards jumped on the adventurers, and overpowered them, knocking them out. When they awoke, they were in cages hung from the ceiling of a black dragon's lair. The dragon told them that they had one chance to live. They had to complete a series of tests, in which only 1 would get to do each test. If they failed, he would turn them into dragonspawn. The first test was to swim a river of acid. Clary sucessfully swam it, though he was badly acidized. The next one was to destroy nonanimated skeletons with a time limit, which Moira barely managed to do. The 3rd was to destroy a target without touching it, which Edder managed to do using his magic. The 4th was to jump a series of pits, which Icicle did easily. The group then did a second bunch of tests, these combat-based. Two of the players would seperately fight a single opponent without killing them, and would continue for a long while. They sucessfully defeated a Salamander, a Sivak Draconian, and a dragonspawn abomination, and then we ran out of time for our D&D game. I will be putting more on this page, when i get more.

16th session. The players successfully defeated some Dragonspawn in the test, then they were let loose with most of their stuff. The group traveled for a few days before they met a Knight of the Sword dying in the roadway. He told them he had been robbed by bandits who had taken his armor and sword. He told them that he was dying from one of the bandits' poisoned weapons. With that, he died from the poison. After burying him, the players traveled onwards, appearing disorganized but actualy being well-armed and ready. They were ambushed by a few of the bandits, but the bandits were quickly slaughtered. One of them was kept alive. They promised him his freedom if he would show them where the bandit lair was, which he did. After arriving there; killing some bandits; and falling in some pit traps; the group made it to the bandit leader and his companions, who they sucessfully defeated. With that, the session ended.

17th session. The players continued to travel to Solanthus. Stopping at a small town, they were ambushed by a band of assassins who told them that the Knights of Neraka had but a 8000 stl bounty on the group's heads. Defeating the assassins, the group continued. In the town, they were attacked by a Dragonslayer who they defeated without too much trouble. The group continued on to solanthus. On the road, they were met by a certain Black-Robed mage, who gave Galans a letter. To be precise, the letter was a Formal Invitation to take the test of high sorcery in Solanthus in 1 month's time. In 1 month, they arrived at Solanthus...(Next session will be the Test of High Sorcery! Yay!

The Test of High Sorcery. With the players arrived in Solanthus, Galans stepped into an alley, and the ToHS began without him knowing it. . .
He saw the ghost of his stillborn sister floating there. She told him that she could only ascend to heaven if he gave up his magic. The blind-brained idiot said yes. She turned into an Imp and attacked him, but somehow he won.(I should NEVER have given him that high-powered Wand of Magic Missile...) Continueing, he saw a fire in the distance. Coming near to it, he saw it was his parent's farm, burning. After first casting a Endure Elements spell, he entered the farm building. He saw two things:A hell hound roasting the house, and the bones of his parents lying on the ground. He prudently decided to blow the hell hound into small pieces about the size of a cracker. As it died, it spoke in Ignan "The summoner... To... The... East..." Deciding to head in that direction, Galans found a artificial cave. Entering it, he sucessfully bypassed several vicious traps, where he encountered a black-robed wizard... who he recognized as Maze! The black-robe explained. Maze had killed his family and then lied to him(See thread:Help! I need to make a Test of High Sorcery before Friday) because Galans, while he had bags of talent, would not have become a Wizard beause he was living a comfortable and happy life. This enraged Galans. A spell-fight started. Maze shot a Acid Arrow into Galans's forehead, creating a permenant burn mark before Galans destroyed him. Galans barely managed to pass the Test.

Permenant Physical Change:Whenever Galans casts a spell, he needs to make a Concentration check(DC 13+level of spell) or lose the spell due to the pain of the burn mark.
Magical Item:Silver Ring of High Sorcery.

Please comment on the Test!

Funny, I just ran my PC's test a few days ago as well.

What Robe did your PC end up receiving and what were the events that lead to that color?

He ended up with White robes. Allow me to explain:1:He gave up his magic to save his family. Temporarily yes, but that was almost enough to lose him the Test(He starred the rest of it). However, that was about 20 points in the direction of White Robe. 2:His other actions didn't really go any way, in the direction of White, Black or Red.(Mostly cause i forgot to do the 'Reduce' test).

Very good. At least he earned the white robes. I consider the hardest order to be a part of. ;)

18th session. The players, in Solanthus, headed over to see if the message was decoded and if there was another mission for them. The answers were respectively No and Yes. They were sent along the courier route to the Nerakan border to try and stop a Rogue Knight there. Arriving there eventualy, the group took up a position, sucessfully intercepting the Knight. After a long battle(Involving a critical miss with a Inflict Serious Wounds), the group managed to win, but at a cost. Moira had been killed. The group headed back to Solanthus with their prisoner and Moira's corpse. Ten minutes with a Ressurection spell dealt with Moira being dead. The group had completed their mission.

I have just caught up with the jurnal and i have to ask why did the black dragon let them get away? especialy when they have a siver hachling with them?

Maby the black dragon dominated Icicle, who now acts as a spy for him. or swiched out his spirit with a draconians. how will they react to Icicle if he escapes and meet up with the party in the draconians body?

maby the black dragon whants the the pcs to become stronger before he turns them into spawns.

I just want to know what was the reason the black dragon let them go.

But as to the dead goddes pentioning the high god the only reason i can see it happening is if she forces the scales way to the side of good.

Icicle is still Icicle. The reason he let them get away was because he has some sense. He knew that if these heroes could take down his tests, they'd have a good chance of taking him down. He didn't want to risk his life in that fight-He had too much chance of losing. Also, i can see Takhisis possibly persuading Hiddukel or Morgion to do her a favor.(They're the only ones in the Evil pantheon she hasn't REALLY offended) :D . -Oh, and the black's only EL 9.

how could an ECL 9 dragon make a spawn or abomination? i thought only an adv dragon with a scull todum could do that. which would have an ecl of +30 or so (estament but you get the idea).

If it was ECL 9 it would be a wrymling-very young black dragon which is cr 3-4 a very easy kill. or did you mean a cr 9? If it had them helpless why let them go? (no need for combat)

If you want to add an intresting twist maby that dragon is a thrall of Stable ( given the power to create spawns for absolute loyalty). Maby It knew the ritual would fail because it was not strong enuf to make them abominations and let them go for now. Leaving them for Stable or just disregarding them.

Why would they pention for her to become a god again? They are allready trying to get her vacant throne. I can see them getting her to demi god status only to let her be a servant of one or the other. BUt if they do that she may be strong enuf to pention the high god himself but will have to keep her master realy realy destracted.

Also i can only see the high good giveing her god hood only if palidine comes back to maintain the balence (would have to trick hims into doing it some how) the only reason i can see the high good doing this is if he gets fed up with the remaining gods power strugle (remember the All-Saints war)

Remember your the DM so what ever you say goes.

1:My bad, i meant EL not ECL. Sorry.
2:They have magic.
3:If you had read my first post you would have seen that Sable is dead.
4:
Only the Dragon Overlords, with their skull totems, have been able to create dragonspawn, although a few of the other dragons have tried to create their own spawn, none of them have been sucessful.

. He was sucessfull by himself, without a Skull Totem.
5:I also thought of giving her power by allowing her to posess the body of a great wyrm+ dragon. Malystryx tried to become a god, maybe Takhisis-In-Dragon-Body can succeed.
6:I know i am.

Nothing that happened post-WoS(Other than Wizard's Conclave) exists in my game. It was started before i read any of those, and so excludes those changes from it's very beginning. In other words, option #2.

19th session. The players were sent by Lord Pairdon on a rumor about a Dragonlance. The players headed to a town near a forest, where they set about their investigations. After five days of gathering rumors, they heard it was in a cave complex in the forest. The players headed into the forest, naturaly. They encountered a druid and a pack of wolves who seemed violently opposed to them. The heroes won. After a while of that, they found the complex. After avoiding several traps, they got to one of the locations... only to bump in to a Knight of the Skull, apparently seeking the same rumor. Combat was fierce, but the Dark Knight was defeated. Before they saw who the real bad guy was. The Black Dragon. The exits closed as they saw him. He was the same one they had fought in session #15. He quietly explained his plan to his victims. He had decided to set up a distraction in this area so that his real plans would easily suceed. He decided that luring members of both the Knightly Orders and turning them into Dragonspawn would work, so he had decided that the only rumor that would work was that of a Dragonlance. Then the fighting started. We didn't get past round #1 because then we were out of time... Comments Appreciated

20th session(Yes! 20 sessions so far!):Clary and Moira's players were absent. This proved half convinient, half semifatal. Moira had been acidized by the dragon in round 1. A huge fight happened. Galens, Icicle and Edder worked together to defeat the dragon. When the dragon was badly wounded(1/2 HP) it tried to flee. They persued it. They dead-ended it after a while. Trapping it and attacking it, they tried to take it down. But it used it's acid breath to melt a hole in the cave wall and attempt to escape. They took it down eventualy outside the cave, knocking it out, when a man came forwards from the forest, holding a device that only Galens recognized:The Device of Time Journeying! He charged them, slipping the device into a pocket and drawing a longsword. After a long fight, he pulled the Device out and activated it. Him and Icicle vanished. Ten seconds later, Icicle appeared, older by about 4 years. Icicle explained to the other two that the Device had been fake, with similar and lesser power. The fake device had been able to be used twice, and was used up. The group used a cart and ropes to take the dragon back to Solanthus-But partway through the dragon escaped. The session ended there.
