#1 pringles Oct 18, 2004 8:59:52	Do you use the monster listed in the first DS box in your game (Ankheg, Lion,Yuan ti....). I heard some people didnt used them cause they say the monster are not Athasian monster. As for myself, I use them with the monster from Terror of the desert. As for the normal ad&d monster, I change thing on them like changing the color, adding scale, spike, wild talent and such. Some of the monster are not on my encounter table cause I find it stupid to have these monster on Athas, like the Remorhaz and the dog.
#2 nytcrawlr Oct 18, 2004 18:45:07	Actually, if Athas was modeled after Barsoom as much as I think it is, then it has a polar region up in the northern pole, which would be a perfect place for Remorhaz. I don't have a problem with dogs being on Athas either, they would just be different. Course I'm weird also. :D
