ok, for my english class, we have these stupid things called journal entries
Sadis Nocturne: basically, for every 20 pages we read in our books, we have to write about a page talking about something we questioned, evaluated, connected with, etc....well, i am way behind in my readings because i have very little time with work, school, and martial arts.

Basically, what i am asking for are some ideas of things that i could write about. they don't all have to be accurate. they don't even need to be about this book, just need to involve strahd some how (my teacher hasn't read the book) Does anyone have any ideas?

Doesn't it defeat the point to take something you could very well enjoy (at least by your sig) and ruin the experience by not even reading it?

Sure, you could trick your teacher (although I hope he or she's been around long enough to detect only a superficial or ersatz comprehension of the book). Even if you succeeded, would you have learned to read critically? Would you have learned to enjoy reading? Gliding through the educational system only hurts yourself. Please read the book, or pick something else that you will read.

I really don't mean to flame, but I'm trying to help you help yourself. Working the system will hurt you later. I promise you that. At best, you'll be 80% of the person you could've been if you'd tried. In any case, I wish you the best.

Ironic, isn't it, that you learned a more valuable lesson outside of a learning facility.

C+ (for the self-realization)

The best teacher is you and your mistakes.
