Have weapons & armor for these metals been converted to 3.5? I've read about Green Steel for 3.0 but I don't remember where. I'm wondering if there's any new write-ups for them now.

Planewalker.com is bound to relase something sooner or later. In the meantime, here are my write-ups:

Baatorian Green Steel: A masterwork greensteel weapon has a +1 enhancement bonus on attack and damage rolls. A greensteel weapon that is not of masterwork quality does not have this bonus. The weight of any greensteel item is 3/4 that of a normal item.
A law-aligned greensteel weapon ignores the damage reduction of outsiders with the chaotic subtype. For example, a +1 axiomatic glaive made of greensteel would harm a balor (DR 15/good and cold iron) as well as a +1 holy glaive made of cold iron.
The cost of a greensteel item is 600 gp higher than the cost of a normal item.

Abyssal Red Steel: A masterwork red steel weapon has a +1 enhancement bonus on attack and damage rolls. A red steel weapon that is not of masterwork quality does not have this bonus. The weight of any red steel item is 3/4 that of a normal item.
A chaos-aligned red steel weapon ignores the damage reduction of outsiders with the lawful subtype. For example, a +1 anarchic battleaxe made of red steel would harm a pit fiend (DR 15/good and silver) as well as a +1 holy battleaxe made of alchemical silver.
The cost of a red steel item is 600 gp higher than the cost of a normal item.

In the 3e "arms and equipment guide" they have stats for Baatorian Green Steel, and it would still work in 3.5. I've never seen any reference to Abyssal Red Steel... There's something called "Abyssal Blood Iron" on p. 69 of the Planar Handbook though. (Not posting any of it because it's not SRD content)

Abyssal Red Steel was only ever a fan-created material.

However, the Planar Handbook has Abyssal Bloodiron. It's pretty interesting, too.

Book of Exalted Deeds had frystalline, solarian truesteel, serren, and aurorum - all celestial weapon materials.

Solarian Truesteel, by the way, was snitched directly from the Arms & Equipment Guide.

Nowhere besides the A&EG has Gehennan Morguth-Iron, do they (pardon my grammar)?

Actually Abyssal red steel was alluded to in the "Slags" section of In the Cage. I beleive that's what Abyssal Bloodiron is now...
