The Ogres of Krynn are developed as player races, if I am not mistaken.
They divide into three basic tribes: Irda -kin, Abaqua - kin and * * that kender - like offshot that lived on Selasia.

Ogres are presented as a player character race in the Dragonlance Campaign Setting. They're identical to the ogres in the 3.5 Monster Manual.
