Well, I uploaded the map of the Tuma region from B8: Journey to the Rock. It's available in 1 mi/hex and 8 mi/hex versions. Now to find somewhere to put it on Mystara itself...

I don't have the reference in front of me, but the MML a few years ago suggested in Darokin near the Shire border, south of the Westron Road. It requires you to invert directions on the B8 map, north becomes south, and east becomes west. That lines up the mountains correctly.

That is where I put it when I used it, but Sind might be a better choice.

Blech! I never liked B8. It's simply not that great an adventure. Quite skimpy compared to others in the B-series. Further, it wasn't written for the Known World and it was badly shoehorned into B1-9.

That said, Tuma, with its big steel skyskrapers seems like it might be a remnant of the Blackmoor civilization, and would probably most fit on Skothar.

Matthew Levy did a short article with a timeline which made a decent attempt to fit the module B8 into Darokin, you can find the article at the Vaults. I liked his ideas so much I took it and ran with it, integrating some adventures in south and east Darokin with B8 and it became one of the earlier themes in my campaign.

When I ran the adventure I used the northern trail(inverted it became the southern trail), and the western(east) trail. I removed the chameleon men and it ran really well. The Sword of the Rock has become the favored weapon of one of the PCs, and he has acquired a reputation as the knight with the golden blade.

If people are interested, I can post my integration of the Lendore Isle adventures into Mystara, which served as a sequel to B8. I found Blackrock Isle in Minrothad(by the way, how is that pronounced?) is a good fit for the L1 and L2 series modules.

Looks like angelfire does not allow direct viewing of that url. Here's one that Cthulhudrew sent to the MML that works.
