Well, one of my local game stores sells the "highly collectible gaming classics" and has two with $50 pricetags on them.  Meantime, my local Half-Price books sells "this old stuff nobody wants anymore" for $10 or so.  That's Houston, YMMV.  

If you want a definitive "Bluebook" kind of answer, check out the Acaeum.  If you want a good place where things like that trade, check out Dragonsfoot.
