In a world were creatures of ancient myth are once again seen flying through the sky and breathing death on the forces of light ... proof that dragons don't exist

- Deduce the level of coefficiency of an elf and a dwarf in sharing a cheesecake.
- Prove that it's true that when a tree falls in a forest and no one is looking it doesn't make a sound.
- Prove that a kenders hands operate independently of the kender when the kender is not looking.
- Find out what the secret recipy of Otiks Spiced Potatoes is.
- Devise a way to lose weight healthily.
- Find out whether it's true that it's better to be locked up in a room with an army of ogres, a regiment of trolls, a brigade of draconians, or a red dragon...rather than a bored kender.
- Study a beholder.
- Shake the hand of a red dragon.
- Build a cannon that shoots water.
- Prove that all roads lead to Palanthas.

Somebody on the boards (and I apologize for forgetting who) had the most ingenious idea I've ever heard of for a Life Quest.

The idea was that the gnome was a cook, and was trying to come up with a recipe that would be pleasing to all of Krynn's races. Imagine trying to come up with food that both elves and draconians like!

I played an awesome one-shot adventure. My players were a Gnome Fighter and a Minotaur Sorceror and i DMed. The gnome's life quest was to catalogue all the species and monsters of krynn... I gave him 50 EXP Per character level whenever he catalogued a real monster, and 25 EXP per character level whenever he catalogued a fake one. But everyone Roleplayed well and had fun, and i stayed up untill 2 in the morning playing D&D. A bit off topic, but there's a life quest in it.

Or the old favorite (from Otherlands):

Get a Brine Dragon and a Black Dragon of similar age to breathe simultaneously at each other and measure the volume of salt produced. Rince & repeat with dragons of different age categories.
