My group is going to run a "Blood on the Tusk" style campaign, and are going to use DnD Miniatures for the boarding actions (mostly against IEN ships).
We already converted some SJ ships to 1:60 scale (the DnD Miniatures scale), and we have Scro marines, sergeants, and War Priests for use in these engagements, but we were wondering:

What are the levels for...
-Non-marine Scro and Elves,

Elves (preferably using the ranks listed under the organisation section of Beyond The Moons),

and other miscelany.

All I was able to come up with was:
-Engagements against enemy ships (obviously)
-disrupting supply lines to fleets
-putting humanoid tribes into the war (probably on the surface of a planetoid).

The brief for this can be found on the SJ website, I believe.

Any ideas for this sort of campaign?
