#1pringlesFeb 07, 2005 18:12:57 | How do you play them? Anythingh special you added to these raider. I twiked Zeburon for my campaign. His a gladiator lvl 17 As for Er'thok (the Raaig), he was an ancient priest of a evil deities (that never existed) called ``The lord of darkness``. A raaig is a personn who believed so much in his belief that when he died, he remained undead. So Er'thok was a devote priest of that cult. He hidden in the crypt under Othand (the village above), and someday, during the Green age, he took his revange and destroyed Othand. He then wanted to spread his god will around Athas but he was now trap in the crypt by ``Insert reason I havent found yet`` `. He recently found a way to spread his god will. Fevil made a pact with him. In exchange of information from the ancient time received from Er'thok, Fevil must spread the Will of the Lord of darkness. That consist of pillaging, murdering and killing. That why the black sand raider are so brutal. To accomplish this, Fevil found the perfect chief for his raiders tribe, Zeburon, a mad gladiator. That what I have come with. The black sand raider are now major ennemies of my player and we are about to kick in Dragon Crown adventure, so they will have nasty encounter with them. |
#2zombiegleemaxFeb 08, 2005 17:11:42 | i like it, das cool i dont remember if (for our group) BSR were anything more than what they were in slave tribes...i remember being in fevil's tower, 2 half giant skeletons, a boulder thrown...and not much else... one of the best things about slave tribes was not the slave tribes themselves (they gave a random generator in the back...for which im sure all those illprepared DMs out there are eternally grateful!), but the personalities they put forth. actually i recall a halfling or whatever protege of Fevils that took center stage after we >offed< him. the raiig was just fighter bait, too. him and his skellies were nothing compared to the 24 juju zombies in the crypt below (shudder) |
