I am currently running my players thru a Planescape: Torment based campaign. I have replaced the Caverns of Thought/Drowned Nations with Maures Castle from a recent Dungeon and its been working out well. I am going tohave the Nameless' Tomb connected to the lowest level of Maures Castle via the unopenable shield doors.

The Tomb of the Nameless is goign to be similiar in content to the ones from PS:T. But I dont think the setup/traps are appropriate for a D&D (instance death lightneing trap and a simple door/teleport puzzle)

It's possible that Nameless only visited that place once before the events of PS:T, but quite possible that he ended up there multiple times. Therefore, you're PCs could end up in the tomb after the traps are disabled, or before the traps are built (or rebuilt).

Otherwise, they'll need another way to get around the tomb. Teleporters that only take effect on the dead aren't much help to most PCs.
