Hello,

After some time without an ongoing Greyhawk campaign, I am now going to launch the *most epic* thing I've ever done as a roleplayer!
Starting this fall, I will DM the entire ToEE saga, starting with T1-4, and continue it then with RttToEE. (Calculated time for the entire campaign: Until 2009 :D)

Can you tell me what kind of material is out there to help me converting the old modules and/or to flesh out the campaign (even) a bit more?

I only play 1E AD&D but I'm in the process of fleshing out the village starting with naming all the NPCs then detailing them. I've also started a story about adventurers going through T1-4. Check out the harvestersheroes website if you are interested.

You should be able to find the conversion of T1-4 on enworld.org.

This question deserves to be put in the GH Board FAQ. If we can ever get a moderator to help us.

EN World does indeed have thr original Temple of ELemental Evil converted - you ay find it HERE.

Zans for Cans has an awesome Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil conversion set. You may checkout their resources HERE. You may also want to lurk in Monte Cook's RttToEE Forum

Good luck. Sounds like a fun campaign.

Thank you!

All that stuff might come in very handy, especially the conversion modules!

*As the story of the ToEE is also part of the background for my character Ivid, it's especially important for me to prepare the campaign as well as I can!*

Maybe the allseeing eye of the forum admin will indeed fall on this thread and really put it on the FAQs! - Because of its various installments, the Temple -Slavers - Drow series is somewhat the *core* of the Greyhawk setting and in the interest of many fans... So I am absolutely with your opinion, Greyson!

But how do we get the attention of the WizOs? May have to start *flamming* a bit... ****** ***** **** (no offense please, but I think the WizOs have some kind of trigger to notice when we flame!)

(Doing this explicitely against my will! ;) )

Maybe that will help...

.. or just PM them, that's how I managed to convince the former WizO to start the FAQ...

Well... err... Why do it the easy way if there is an adventure path? :D

I wrote to WizO Sith, but he told me that it would be better to adress directly to WizO Drake - but, as far as I know, WizO Drake is not active on these boards anymore? What can we do?

Here is the best site I have found, they even put together a .pdf file that is very helpful.

Mostly culled from Monte's forums:

Edit: Didn't see Greyson's url. :D

Thank you anyway! ;)

The site contains a lot of usable material, although I think some of the best maps for any ToEE module can be found on the LG site for Verbobonc.

With all the material, combined with some OJ and WotC adventures, this will be the most *epic* and most difficult thing I tried EVER (as a DM). Personally, to be honest I had no experience to DM or paly in Greyhawk ever again...

This shall be the best campaign I will ever do! With the best material, the best players... :evillaugh

Seriously, I ultimately hestitated to let *my* Greyhawk be *spoiled* and changed by other gamers... I wanted no more campaigns that involvied killing Xavener, butchered the Stonefist Viking Lords and made one of my players king of Rauxes! (Or summoned chaotic evil monster hamsters...)
With this, I'll not have to rely on default adventures anymore! Just *Greyhawk*!!!

;) Is it so obvious that I am hysterically happy?
