I am looking for any details available on the Plane of Fire. I have the Planescape Boxed Set and that provides some very limited details on some fire creatures known as Imix, and elemental lord known as Kossuth and a Efreet known as Sultan Marrake. I was wondering if there was any more information available about this plane and its inhabitants. Please help as I am very interested in the realm for DM reasons. I will leave it at that because some of my players check these boards.

Thanks in advance for any and all of your help! :D

Here are all the references I've found from Greyhawk material, you might also want to check out the City of Brass from Kenzerco which is drawn from a Rob Kuntz manuscript.

You should check out some 2E Al Qadim books for more info on efreet and their sultan. (Basic info is also available in the 1E Manual of the Planes)

The Al Qadim MC13 is available here:
http://www.angelfire.com/rpg2/zakhara/AQ-MonstrousCompendium.pdf

There are stats for noble genies in there.

The boxed set Secrets of the Lamp features adventures in the City of Brass, as does Rob Kuntz' To the City of Brass. (D'oh!) The 2E version of CoB is available online, and I believe there`s a 3e version out.

The Complete Shai`r HB has more info on Geniekind in general, and also on the Brotherhood of the True Flame, a secret society of flame mages that also deals with the Efreet. The BoTF aso features in a Al Qadim boxed ste, but the name escapes me. There`s also an article or two on them in some Dragon magazine.
