Where is The Silver Arm of Ergoth?

There is an unresolved issue concerning one of the greatest artifacts in Dragonlance history, the Silver Arm of Ergoth. Theros Ironfeld was the last person who had the arm, and I think he died during the Chaos War (Or some other calamity). Since the Silver Arm is pratically indestructable, I doubt it is permanently gone, and thus could in fact be used again to forge items of wonder. The Hammer of Kharas is still with the dwarves, that we know, but the Silver Arm is unaccounted for. I doubt the Solminics have it or we would have heard of it, thus the Silver Arm is still out there ready to be claimed.

From reading the War of The Lance book, I learned of an Entity known as the Gray Wraith, the Guardian of the Silver Arm. I have my doubts that Ironfeld killed him, but instead stole the arm, and escaped before the Gray Wraith could follow. Still if anyone knows where the Silver Arm is, it is the Gray Wraith. He and the Arm are inseperable, and he knows where to find it. My theory is that after Theros died (Maybe even by the Gray Wraith's own hand), the Gray Wraith took the Silver Arm with him back to his temple. That's probably were it is now, with the Gray Wraith as its guardian once again. What is your theory on where the Silver Arm went?

I think it is six feet under, personally. I just can't imagine anyone detaching the arm from Theros (unless it did so itself).

Of course, I could be wrong on that. I imagine it will resurface when it is needed once again.

Just a thought.

Maybe the Arm did return to the temple but instead of the Grey Wraith its Theros' spirit that watches over it?

I don't know why, but I always imagined that the arm was brought to the High Clerist Tower.

Does anybody remember where Theros is burried?

The Arm detaches upon the bearer's death, thus its possible to take it. Only if Theros Ironfeld was alive, could you not remove the arm. Anyway I'm still wondering where the arm is (I still think the Gray Wraith has it)

Where it is is unknown and in the purview of the DM to decide.

I suggest it ought to be in the Temple of the Silver Dragon or possibly in the Tomb of Huma. That's if you run a 5th age Campaign, of course.

In my game world, Theros has yet to find it. :P
