Shape Mastery feat?

Had an idea in the shower today that I thought I'd share. I don't know if it exists already in some druidic accessory or something, but here goes:

Shape Mastery
The Shape Mastery feat allows a character to change to and from a chosen favourite form as a move-equivalent action instead of a full round action. Regardless of this feat and spells and effects such as Haste etc. a character can only change his shape once per round.
When the feat is chosen, the character must specify which alternate form it applies to. The feat can be chosen more than once.

Although this may sound very druid-like I actually came up with the idea for Transmutation Specialist Wizards after seing what's-her-name in a Harry Potter movie the other day (the teacher who changes back and forth from cat form). I thought it might be set as a requirement to take the feat that the character is either a druid with natural shapechange; able to cast Polymorph Self or a lycantrope or vampire or some other creature with shapechanging ability.

Come to think of it, it is possible to create special feats for all types of Specialist Wizards. Invokers might enjoy a limited immunity to a chosen element, diviners might have something akin to a bard's legend lore ability, a conjurer might add his intelligence modifier to the hit points of creatures summoned etc. ??

Yes is called Fast Wild Shape and it't in the Complete Divine (I think). It's a Wild feat but of couse you could have something similar for Transmutation Specialist Wizards (or give them the Wild Shape ability :D )
