It exists only in the minds of our good friends at Athas.org. It should be out by the middle of 2006 But, in a few days, I'll post my version of the Dragon Metamorphosis, I'm just trying to balance it out.

They never said that!
Actually the formula they use is [today's date (rectified daily) + 1 year]. It has worked for them in the past and I'm sure it'll continue to be an accurate date in the coming years.

No disrespect to them intended. Just chomping at the bit, hence the effort on my part to come up with an adequate stopgap solution. I'll post it for assesment within a week. Basically, it's a 30 level prestige class divided into ten segments of three levels each, analoging the original 10 level setup of the class form DK. I'm using the stats for the Prismatic Dragon as the base for the final physical transformation, and am now just trying to decide what I'm doing with elemental resistances and SR and PR( I use the Psionics are Different rules). Ass far as magic goes, I'm going to use Xlorep's Dragon Magic for level 0-9 spells, and use PP as a primary mitigating factor in Epic Spells, and Spell Levels as a mitigating factor for Epic Psionics, basically making both equal, and grouping them both as Psionic Enchantments, since the rules support such things better than 2E rules. I'm doing a writeup for Character Elementals based on the Primal Elementals from the ELH, and am working hard on trying to make a proper Avangion. Again, no disrespect intended to Athas.org, but I'm just unable to wait on it any more. Also upcoming-an alternate version of the Dragon metamorphosis based on a Warlock/Soulknife multiclass character. Much more oriented on physical combat. Think Bahamut from Final Fantasy X , as far as physical appearance goes.
Also, dor those of you who are wary of a 30-lv prestige class-Fret not! With the right PrCs early in character development, you're ready to begin the metamorphosis at level 22!! (Mind Mage, from Dragon Magazine #313) and a few levels of Cerebremancer, and you're good to go! I plan on writing up the original SKs as Wiz20/Psi20/DragonX, because they were supposed to be masters of the Way before they became defilers. Except Hamanu. I'm going to write him up as a PsyWar20/Wiz20/DragonX, because he was designed with a more martial bent in mind(As in, killing the other SKs). Also, with the right feats, he'll be able to manifest 9th lv and Epic powers just fine.

The Official dragon rules are actually nearing completion, including elements such as Psionic Enchantments.
