Apr 20, 2005 8:52:45 After many campaigns on Athas, I decided to come up with Obsidian Orbs for each of the SK's to enhance their already incredible abilities. (I.E. just like Kalid-Ma's) I had all of the SK's have at least 1 Powerful one and 3-5 lesser ones. Kalid-Ma also had three more in the Ravenloft setting

Ideas??????

The new dragon rules has rules for basic orbs of energy storing and orbs of psyche storing.

to make powerful psionic/magical ones that really fit for specific SK's I would say something like the following.

Add in the abilities of a cognizance crystal and the abilities of either a ring of wizardy or a pearl of power makes a good base for them. Then add in a few per day or at will specific powers varying by the SK in question and you have some nice epic magic items.....

Apr 20, 2005 15:16:39 I had a massive write-up on the Obsidian Orbs. Some of these were included in the Dragon rules that the Epic Beureau developed.
