#1 gothic_rose Apr 27, 2005 2:34:13	Ok, so I'm gonna be in a Dragonlance game soon, set in the present day age of mortals. I'll be playing a Knight of the Lily dragonrider from Solamnia. The character is somewhat brash and rash, and very offense oriented. The weapon I've chosen is the Fullblade, essentially a really, really big ass greatsword. Now, my question is, aside from, say, Blode, what cultures/kingdoms/races do you all think would manufacture such weapons? He'll be starting with an Fullblade of Renown (master class crafted) and my DM, as well as myself, wants a story for why he has it. (He'll be starting the game as a 4th level fighter.) Any suggestions? Thanks!

Any suggestions? Thanks! The most obvious is that the weapon is minotaur and your PC took it as a trophy of a duel he fought with one. Or possibly it could be an ancestoral weapon of the ancient high ogre which he recovered from an ancient high ogre ruined city His father or grandfather (as timeline works out) was one of the original knights of Takhisis and a personal friend of Ariakis or a loyal bodyguard perhaps and the sword was gift from Ariakis as a token of appreciation to your characters father. I could go on....
