I thought they did at some point, in Dragon Magazine, but I can't find anything.

Am I misremembering?

I'm pretty sure Ive seen it somewhere. It could be in one of the PA episodes that were purely "gone fishing"/letters installments...

I found an old word document on my HD with weapon mastery for various weapons. I know some of them were copied from DrM and some were made up by me. I dont know where the warclaws came from though. And if I made them up all those years ago, I cannot guarantee that they are any good:

Warclaws BS - 1D4 - No off-hand penalty
[P=M] SK - 1D6 M: -1AC/2 2xDamage (20)
1H, melee No off-hand penalty
small, enc: 20 EX - 1D8 M: -2AC/3 2xDamage (19-20)
cost: 12gp No off-hand penalty
MS - P=1D10+1 M:-3AC/3 2xDamage (18-20)
S=1D8+1 No off-hand penalty
GM P=1D12+2 M:-4AC/4 2xDamage (17-20)
S=1D10+2 No off-hand penalty

It is covered in Dragon Magazine, indeed. Perhaps DM181? Can't remember right now...

P.S.: I've got the same stats as those posted by Havard in a document where I've collected also the rapier, chakram, bullroarer knife and cimarron six shooter, all of which are from DM. I'm pretty certain the war claws must come from the same source.

Thanks guys, that is exactly what I was looking for.

I do believe those are from Dragon Magazine.
